I got eye bags too since I can remember! I'm Italian and I'd say 85% of Italians have eyebags; it's just genetics in my case as I eat very healthy and get enough sleep.

No it doesnt. I am allergic to scents eg really bad breathing issues and this is perfect for me. It feels like a moisturiser, thats how perfect it blends into the skin.
