Ergonomics and Updates 

Best tip i can give: Dont try to save on stuff thats going to be between you and the floor. So stuff like chairs, couches and mattresses, but also shoes/boots (also insoles!), motorcycle gear and a bunch more. Before covid i would go to school every day, since march 2020 i've spend a lot of time behind my desk instead. I decided to spend more than i usually would and got a proper gaming chair. I can sit comfortabely in that for hours, something which i definitly couldnt do in my old chair. Same with shoes, i first would buy cheaper shoes which would last me about a year. 3 years ago i bought some proper Lowa shoes which were more expensive, but have already saved me money in the long run (1x€180 vs 3x~€60/70). And on top of that they are more comfortable and have gore-tex, so no more wet feet for me. Believe me, dont go cheap on that stuff. Of course not everyone is able to afford it, but if you can, please dont buy cheap.

That's a beautiful ring design! Also: I've had that chair for a few years now, and I don't know how I lived without it. Whenever I leave the bench and go to the CAD office (it has a regular chair) my back is hurting within about half an hour. But I can easily spend the whole day on the bench without issue.

You’re wrong about the Hallmark Christmas movies. Only about 50% are about the city girl stuck in a small town. The other 50% are either another Santa’s son or daughter falling in love or an angel trying to get her wings but falls in love instead. There’s also the ones with royalty or my personal favorite was one about a medieval knight who travels through time to modern day Christmas and ends up falling in love. Watching Terrible Christmas movies are my favorite way to celebrate the holidays.

Hey dude, this is something NO one talks about or I even thought of when I got this job as a beginner. I'm not gonna make work pay for a 800 dollar chair. Would love some other suggestions for chairs that around 300-500. I started this last year and got lucky but I went from a job being active to now I sit all day and I messed up my rotator cuff in my shoulder. Better now but I consistently have neck and shoulder issues and my back. Anyway nice video and this is extremely important. I feel like I'm 70 years old now i don't want to be the hunchback of Notre dame when im old.

Could I email you or ask you some questions on here? I also am not on social media and starting a new business with jewlery on the side. I've been making rings from sterling silver and some reclaimed gold I have from computers, around 270 grams so I was wondering if you've or anyone on here has had experience with reclaimed gold. I've been doing tons of reading. Just trying to get some advice from someone I look up to with this stuff, but I plan to take some classes or schooling because I'm having a hard time finding information. Like simple stuff about fluxing and I can't get solder to stick, I ruined a rose gold ring last night with my torch because the solder wouldn't flow or stick. At 5:40 I feel ya. Good luck with everything if you see this and keep your head held high and know you're creating things that will be around potentially forever that bring a bit of joy and wonder to peoples hearts.
