Just watched this video shortly after seeing your interview with Grant Cardone - and I must say, Lewis that you have mastered the ability to wear multiple hats! You can easily conduct a hiperactive conversation as well as a relaxed one by adapting to each of your guests' pace while staying true to yourself - that's an amazing skill that few people have. Thanks for all your hard work, it's extremely valuable!

I have come a long way with singing my original songs on stage and on youtube, and I have learned to think about giving other people 'permission' to be themselves, imperfections and all, by being vulnerable and showing my own imperfections. I love the idea of forgiving myself--I practice it daily for the last year or so--inspired by Lisa Nichols. I love failing almost as much as I love 'crushing it', because in both cases I learn, I grow, and as long as I focus on having fun, and allowing and encouraging others around me to have fun, life is good!!!

This guy is the best! What a great interview! I love his multi-sided approach. I completely relate with that. In the end everything is a balance, but not always still one; also a moving one. The difference between standing on one foot and balancing on a moving skateboard. Of course the most impressive the person who can balance on one leg while balancing on a moving skateboard!

I always thought I was an extrovert but as I transitioned into parenthood it felt like I was turning into an introvert. The ambivert makes the most sense now. I still like to get social but I find quality time with the right people and getting done important than the constant social chatter.

Lewis! Incredible interview, man! Please make Eric Barker's three truths as it's own clip on your facebook page. I share your content when it resonates with me and I think that Eric's answers can help people and make them think about that perspective. I would love to share that short video because I think more people will actually take the time to watch it. Thanks for all that you do bro! I'm grateful for you!

At about 25:15 you talk about how a mentor of yours would give himself a rating at the end of each day. I would love to know which videos you have with him if he talked about that process, or at least where I could learn more. I would love to start doing something like that myself. I love your channel by the way, and I try to get others to watch these awesome and inspiring videos.

I like the part about how much time you spend on it. This is so true. I remember I wasn't able to maintain a competitive level in breakdancing without doing it about 20+ hours per week.

Around 17:20, I only know realize that indeed there is a distinction before the confidence that some people have without doing anything and the one we achieve after we do something. I think in the first case it's false confidence used as an armor or shield to hide insecurities or to intimidate others and in the second case there is the confidence we gain through our work. But we need, in this second case, the ability to look at our own corpus of work and be proud (or prouder and prouder) of it. Or, as I say, after we do something that scares us, we will always feel better, stronger, more confident, on the other side. Just baby steps, I guess. But how do they help if you remind ourselves to build that trust in what we can do!
