Look at that roster..this will be the reason for AEW failing... Kahn is paying so much and letting damn near everyone be part time.. A rookie booker couldn't handle a small roster let alone a large roster... his ego will also hurt AEW as well
I think the problem is that they actually have too much talen, they hire anyone they can who leaves WWE, and they have too many superstars to keep happy consistantly
Writers are way needed . Maybe Dynamite like NXT (who is next) put the TNT title there along with ROH. Make collision like a monthly PLE championship show. Maybe a second talent coordinator (second booker).

She got the big pop with the music, got the push but Tony Khan and his booking made her a female knock off nwo with Storm and Ruby Soho. Storm supposed to be a heel but she's over with her new gimmick but she's not a draw on TV. None of the women are sadly.
She wanted too much money. They know what she's capable of. She was that PRIME female class; Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Becky, then Bailey last out of that batch. But she wanted too much money; from what I hear, expensive habits, lavish lifestyle and not saving her coin has lead to her in AEW over WWE. Triple H wanted her back, but he couldn't justify that kind of money for two reasons: #1: She's a woman wrestler; her making more than any other woman wrestler there would've caused problems. #2: She doesn't have that much time left; anyone with sanity could see that, especially when considering her knee injury. Lastly? If EDGE can't make it in AEW? NOBODY is going to make it. I get why the Hardys didn't make it; have you seen the wrestling in 2024? Like two STONE STIFF mannekins; it's painful to watch! Also, AEW's women's division has no creative and other than Toni Storm or Mercedes? No women with creative minds, even. Otherwise, why wouldn't they be pitching and making more moves so they can get MORE TV-time (especially with the freedom Tony Khan gives them)? Sadly, for AEW as a whole? It's not them, it's HIM.
The booker is the problem, not all the top tier wrestlers he has. They’re trying to do their job but he likes to just slap random matches together and avoid telling any kind of story
You know AEW is actually doing bad is when these guys cant fill their podcast with bashing it. Lets be real before AEW who was checking these guys out? Is like a AEW hater support group 🤣
