Eric Bogle performed a long awaited show at the Burke & Wills Winery in January 2021. This touching tribute for his friend and colleague, John Thompson, was a highlight.

As drummer with a father whose dieing of cancer and has also stop his treatment I can relate to this song and it gives me comfort when I listen to this thank you Eric I know how hard it must be to have done this song and just as side note I still miss John Munro,, but the music lives on,, and my thoughts go out all those people out there who are having to experience the same hard times,, 🎶☮🎵
