My One huge mistake and regretted it, not going to one of Mr. Eric Clapton’s concerts with his equally great musicians like these group😩😂🤣THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH RU-vid ❤️
@@lindakraus8431 Love your comment. I heard a Christian version that used the word "Rogaine" - very fitting for old men like me who are trying to rock in our late 70's!
He's got some songs in my top 1000 songs of All-time, this is my favorite, i been making my list for over 40 years as a kid. Wow how times have changed but my favorite is always there , my top100
I've been playing for 26 years - and I can't help but stick my middle finger out every single time I play a power chord. But I literally do not to it intentionally. It's been mentioned to me for decades, and yet there's nothing I can do to stop. I'm really not trying to tell everyone to fuck off in hell. Please believe me. I'm sorry for hurting you all!
WHAT A DEADLY VERSION! I've ALWAYS loved this song, and have heard numerous live versions of it over the years, but this is the version I keep coming back to! For me, Knopfler is what makes it special for me... His guitar tone just compliments Clapton's playing so much. It creates such a magical sound, so pleasing to the soul... These are REAL musicians, no doubt about it! I feel privilaged to have been able to see them playing live over the years... SONIC ECSTASY! Respect to everyone who has found their way onto this performance and enjoys it like I do... From Davey, another musician in Éire (Ireland)
If any comments deserves a like, it’s yours brother. I’m 21 and was born in the wrong generation. When I’m feeling groovy I like to go to party’s. Won’t find a song like this playing and I live in the county. Much love to you man. Play on. Do you have a band
@@justinboyd3618 People like you can help bring this music back. I don't think it will be mainstream but at least more people will be aware it exists, and it is awesome.
The best version of Cocaine by Clapton is on his Just One Night double album released in 1980. His guitar solo is the best I’ve ever heard on any song!
+stalrunner ...And they shouldn't. I stand corrected. Nathan East was 17 years old when Superstition was released. Scott Edwards was the bass man. East did work with Stevie Wonder, but much later. I apologize for the the mistake.
Una de las mejores presentaciones del maestro Clapton en Japón, vaya un reconocimiento al maestro Nathan East en el bajo, quien ha sido bajista de cabecera de Eric durante muchos años, excelente video. Gracias
I have my doubts the Rev who wrote this would ever consider what Cocaine would become? but you are so right the collection of talent....perhaps the GOAT
