I remember Eric sharing this testimony on Christmas. I’m that rare person who does NOT like “Holiday sermons.” I remember watching live online and thinking “oh, No. Here comes another manger themed sermon.” But, instead, Eric shared his personal breakdown story. His process. And healing. Because of a difficult few years in my own life, Eric’s testimony rocked my world. Best. Christmas. Sermon. Ever. Thank you! Side note to Will: I’m glad to see you doing interviews again. You definitely have a gift. Welcome back.
Just stumbled across this: outstanding! Kudos to Eric and Bethel for being at the forefront of confronting the ridiculous facades about pastors that virtually all churches have allowed to exist.
Amazing time of sharing and how it connects with people and the challenges that need to be met in walking alongside God. Incredibly revealing and so insightful. Thank you for being so vulnerable and real.
I would like to hear how Eric (any guest) transitioned to health. For instance: what lie were they believing that brought problems then what truth did they believe (from their heart) that set them free. How did they go from just quoting scripture to believing from the heart that made the difference? For the listener looking for hope, the answer has got to be more than “find a good counselor “
mareidi D that’s actually a very good question. I’m pretty sure he communicated he was stuffing anger for a long time. And from what I got in the interview was he’s still in the process of being healed. Also I understood that everyone’s healing will be different. Jesus never healed anyone the same way while he was here in earth. Why would it be different now.?! 😂😁
Fantastic interview. I have heard testimonies from Eric and Will and love hearing them banter with each other. Thank you for this interview, I cannot wait until the next one!
