His dynamics are hard to comprehend. To be able to play with such power while also playing ALL those ghost notes at that speed is crazy. The spread between loud and hard, and quiet and soft is truly one of the most difficult things to master or even just be decent at. It's unbelievable. Then there's his speed and chops, but his pocket and groove is disgusting too. But there's precision and finesse too. He's world-class. He does it all. Herbie Hancock should give him a shot, let him shock the "jazz snobs."
I think for a moment Eric Moore's sticks ripped open the fabric of space and time, but lucky for us the track ended, saving our planet from being transported into another dimension.

I don’t understand how when there’s a poll about the top drummers of all time come about, why Eric, and drummers like Eric, aren’t included. I mean I love Ginger Baker, John Bonham, Ringo Starr, Dave Grohl, Billy Cobham etc, as much as anyone. But this dude is off the scale. Where do yo go from here? Faster? Tighter?....
Drumpty Dumpty i think those drummers are the greatest and the greats because of the day and age and the tone they all set for drumming. There bands changed the way music was heard and how drums sounded in the for front of drumming. I definitely have my own sound and approach hopefully as time goes on I’ll get even better and even faster and inspire more drummers and get some sort of respect . If not I’m fine with where Life is taking me. I’m very grateful. 🙏🏾
Eric MooreII - I hear you Eric. Those are some great, pioneers, and there are so many more. But you and other cats who play that style, and on your level, are the modern day pioneers. I thoroughly enjoy watching you play, because it allows me understand that there is always room for improvement. Keep on playing bro, but don’t improve too much more, or I may have to give up playing and see if UPS is hiring. 🥺🙏🥁😂
