I randomly found yalls content and I have been on a binge of you videos. It's the perfect blend of bro-y meets sports science and I fucking love it. I even did a little bit of a deep dive on Mr. Sim because I had never heard of him. I think if I had people like you guys or content like this( the lab is amazing!), when I was playing baseball...I think I would have enjoyed the sport a lot more. So for those wondering why she was out when she hit a home run, I learned from people who do play slow pitch that there’s a limited amount of home runs a player/team can hit per game, and will be called out if they hit a ball over the fence once they hit the limit

I’m convinced people with good swing mechanics are bad at hitting home runs in slow pitch softball. Hence why Eric struggled to hit one out but Trevor hit one out his first at bat.

My absolute favorite part of when Sim was losing was that the amount of times he said "Let's Go!" went from 5 per minute to about 1 per minute. Trevor held Sim to only 11 Let's Go's for the whole video! That's way more impressive than the cycle!

Now this is CONTENT BABY! The wife and I couldn’t stop laughing during this entire video. We both play slowpitch. I play 7 nights a week and travelball. It gets very competitive and is a blast. If you’re ever in the Raleigh NC area and want some tips on hitting tanks, I got you bro! You’re just lifting the ball and too early so you’re putting topspin on it. Gotta cut the ball (hitting through the bottom half) and keep that swing more level. You’ll be hitting 400 foot nukes in no time! -Jabroni and Jabronette :)
