there's also a message in this - he is representing all the people who only threaten suicide as a way to manipulate. someone below commented that like 90% of depressed people are faking - it's not wrong to think that if they're blasting the fact that they're "mentally ill" all over social media when they should be seeking help from doctors
Nobody actually likes him but because he is so delusional he somehow convinces himself that everybody loves him. Something I noticed is that the main crew (kyle, stan etc) never call him Eric they call him Cartman
Because they don't like him and they know he doesn't have the guts to do it, especially considering a vaccine makes him squeal like a pig. Cartman is the most narcissistic person in South Park, and that's even counting the celebrities and weird people.
Black_m0nster a great example of that was in the breast cancer episode where he was avoiding fighting Wendy because he didn’t want to get beat up in front of everyone because they will think he’s not ‘kewl’. When in reality when he got his ass kicked they all said to him they don’t think he’s cool anyway but his delusional self thinks that they’re only saying that to make him feel better.😂

It's kinda sad that this song about Cartman may actually be how he feels. He has no dad, his mom is an escort. His friends are not really his friends. He knows he's a monster, yet he he's also a small boy who had no role model.
