I think it is a lease and Bow paid for it, but they put in in Erica's name, because Bow has bad credit with car companies and also has to pay childsupport. He can't go to some car dealer and get a lease on a $100,000 car when he still has open court cases for not paying his leased Lambo and Ferrari on time. Also, how is he gonna explain to the judge that he can afford the lease on a $100,000 car, but can't pay another $3,000 a month in childsupport?
