Spice never really liked Erica. She was low-key trying to ruin her marriage with Safari because she knows that she was overstepping her bounds. Then she turns around and says what she says about her kids. She was never Erica’s friend and Erica is the dummy paying her bandit toll, they always ends up in this predicament they always end up fucked up in the game , you lose a lot being friends with ugly insecure ppl they will go for the jugular. They want to see you broken to the core, but you have to treat them with a kid glove and extend all kinds of grace and I don’t like that. Erica’s apologies aren’t gonna make her pretty… stay away from unattractive insecure women and men, they always have some kind of underlying resentment and are very vindictive nasty people just waiting for a moment
@@samhampton4767 and out of Spices mouth came a lot of vile things, disrespecting Erica’s marriage and telling taunting Erica saying “Your son hates you. My son loves me”
@missy_Sass not condoning any of their bad behavior, but Erica spoke on the racial thing and that to me is a no no, and Spice don't get a pass either, but she didn't speak on racial issues either, and let's keep it a 💯 Erica is toxic and she's better off where she is .
@@samhampton4767 I don’t feel that it was racial when Spice was out of control and twerking on the other side of the window 🪟 like monkeys do at the zoo. Who’s twerking and being disrespectful in an argument? A damn monkey! Erica attacked Spices self esteem which she always does since LAHH NYC. ATL made it racial because of the area. Had Erica been in NYC she would’ve been fine.
Said the jokes following a joke with 8 kids and 8 baby mommas, and have the most racist black privilege and entitlement. You ARE the biggest jokes and everyone is laughing. 😂😂😂
Okay I'll she still not sorry she just sorry she was heard .... she keeps saying she understands her platform.... it doesn't matter your platform it doesn't matter what the other party did or said to you, it don't even matter what the edits were, the only thing that matters is that she said some racist stuff and doubled down on it twice in previous shows that she don't regret what she said ...
Thank you💯. I dont understand what ppl are not getting. Several other castmates mentioned to her about the same thing and she didn't come for them but since it was Spice it was a problem
@@jammzy2959 this isn't Erica's 1st time being a colorist or racist. The Artist Johnnie blaze was called a monkey gorilla by Erica as well. Erica even called her team homophobic slurs etc. Erica called her a black monkey and made the monkey noise and kept repeating it. Safari has stated Erica makes racist comments towards him and that why he isn't as hands on. His mom is their drop off point.
He's darn near apologizing for almost asking the question... and then didn't ask the question...after that she doesn't really apologize for her comment..wow
Why should she? To pacify who? Oh please BW hurt one another with worse. Get out of y'all's feelings. And I'm 100% a black woman but a lot of the bs y'all be crying about is so childish. Who's feelings were hurt by what she said? I'll wait. 😂
I'm a bit disappointed in Cam's interview with this person. A lot of teachable moments were missed in this interview. First and foremost, Cam should have taken a bolder stance and really put the hammer down when he first asked her about the racist and fowl comments she made about a woman of color. Cam should have said that he owes it to himself, his mother, grandmother, daughters, and the black community as a whole, to re-educate her on the hurt and pain caused by her actions (I guess it's difficult to educate narcissist). Additionally, when she began the victim blaming, I knew she was not going to take accountability for her vulgar actions. Furthermore, her privigled mentality caused her to say that her daughter was "half-black" as if being black was ungodly. Ironically, she loves black in her but does not want anything black to come out of her. I also believe the only reason she agreed to participate in this interview was to promote her new platform. Let us all do a better job at holding people accountable for disrespecting the black community and hold our brothers more responsible for bringing this type of evil onto our people. "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he" Proverbs 23:7.
She lost me when an apology wasn't said the first 2 sentences. She meant what she said, I didn't hear her take responsibility or accountability. Can't make up for something you stand by.
Yeah and if she did she had a right, also stop trying to make everything about race she called her that because of what she was doing not because of her race.
she was ACTING like a animal. Pulling your pants down and throwing your ass on a glass? is acting like a a animal. coming from a BLACK women. I don’t think she was being racist I think it came from a wounded trigger, please but we have to put accountability on each party.

She still didn’t take full accountability. Nobody folded on her. They where people siding with the other person was wronged. She still called Spice an animal in this interview. Shes not sorry. Imagine what her daughter has heard her say about black people- not just from the spice situation, but with her dad too. SMH

She does not get it!!!! She really does not get it. All she is planning to do is clean up her image to her public. She is only concerned about her image. What shame.
Attacking your parenting/relationship with your child isn't the same as attacking your child. To be poked at about your failures as a parent is hard and it does hurt. But the retaliation shouldn't take you to a place to be racist. It was just too easy for Erica to take it there. Making it seem like a common train of thought to her.
In all fairness, Spice came for Erica first!!! She brought up the stuff Safaree "pillow" talked about. Was Erica wrong, ABSOFREAKINLUTELY, however; Spice needs to take accountability as well. Just my opinion... not here for negativity!!!
When erica ass was talking shit about spice before closed Doors and off cameras, it wasn't an issue to yall. But the second spice checks her ass and calls out her bull shit, all of a sudden it's an issue. Yall delusional as hell🙄🙄
@smileyniceypoo and I agree but when you talk about kids that you really know nothing about, that's another story!!! Some folks will black out over their kids!!! 2 wrongs don't make a right!
I'm a woman of color and proud to be but everyone is entitled to their opinions but the disrespect Is another level! Calling anyone an animal and their a human being is a total disrespect and classless....She's rambling and making no sense. You can apologize for you're mistake but the damage is Done!
Yall are just choosing not to be understanding and im a brown skin girl! Talk about my kid or bring them up, ima take it there!! I would hate for yall to hear wtf i say when mfs bring my kid up
It’s nothing to understand they’re plenty more and better insults she could have said to spice rather than saying a racial slur and for you to act like you condone or understand is why black people as a race can never stand solid when defending our own
Spice did not say anything negative about her son. She only said her son does not even like her. Erica could have walked away yet she chose to turn over the table and act reckless. If anyone is an animal it was her.
So when your triggered you throw out racial slurs? And to be clear there was technically nothing she said about her son, she said what has been said before, and Erica herself has said that she doesn’t have a relationship with her son..I think the thing ppl are missing is the racial aspect of things, this is a Latina women calling a Jamaican women a blue monkey..and she comes on this podcast and says she wants to make it up to the women of “color” and those she let down ..hmmmm🤔 I actually am, and still will be a fan of Erica, been following her from Chris browns video “Excuse me Miss” but we have to hold her accountable and we have to be honest about why…she dances around the question every time because she herself can’t justify her “true” feelings…
@@Ladydocfit78 so don't bring my child up in mo argument especially saying stuff that's not true! Don't care. And yes erica acts like an animal as well!!
I don’t think she was being racist because of what she called Spice in the heat of the moment, let’s keep it real here, KIDS ARE OFF LIMITS PERIOD‼️‼️‼️ I’m not condoning what Erica called her because it wasn’t necessary at all and she could’ve called her a B or 304 or whatever but, Spice Fd up when she had the audacity to speak on someone child. Y’all know damn good and well if a white woman was to speak on your child y’all already know how’d that turn out. It wouldn’t just be a physical fight but it would definitely be “YT B this YT B that” etc. At the end of the day, two wrongs don’t make a right. They’re both wrong but, I don’t think Erica’s racist. Jmo though.
Thank you! And mind you Spice kept saying stuff too. She said “your son hates you, my son loves me!” I was DONE with Spice after that. Spice a bitch and she’s trash 🗑️ saying fucked up shit like that. Erica should’ve beat her ass and she would’ve had that table not been in the way which is why she flipped it.

She is very ignorant and her behavior should never be excused. She doesn't bring anything to the table. It is not her first time calling people out of their name and being racist. Erica should never be allowed back

Chile please I stand on everything I said when the situation first happened. Although I understand the emotions beyond the word in regard to my people. Fuck all that when it comes to my kids. Ain’t nothing off limits! The only reason people was on Erica’s neck so bad is because her behavior in the past and I understand but focusing on THAT situation Erica came to that table with good energy and was trying to resolve their issues. Spice on the other hand had an attitude from the moment Erica sat down! Then to mention the relationship Erica had with her child when it wasn’t even necessary was completely out of line! Nah! It’s up after that! I still think Spice should’ve been fired as well. Spice is a bully and one day she will meet her match the hard way. Tommie & Tokyo wasn’t enough. She’s gon really meet her match. Mark my words.
Salute to Cam for bringing this up too many ppl coming in our culture to eat and don't respect us. Kai cenat and Ice spice as well with the blk Americans have no culture. Shout out to cam for holding her accountable and not being a simp gazing at her beauty.
Girl…What impact….please don’t flatter yourself….ain’t nobody checking for you or your platform…. That racist stuff you said was what you meant….you’re just outdone you got called out on it, 🤫
I wish she would have just walked away when her kid was brought up. Even if the statement made about her kid was true or not. Just walk away, especially when kids are brought up..
I do not think she is racist, but colorist, yea.. She will justify her behavior to the end instead of learning from it and move on.. I hope she does for the sake of her children..
The majority of the cast cut ties with Erica because she was standing on what she said so to them she meant it and that hurt some was offensive to others.
I don't feel that she called Spice a monkey in a space of racism. In any fight, whether verbal or physical, the objective is to hurt the other person. There are no rules in fighting when the gloves are off. Spice was out of line in my opinion, and I am the same way when it comes to my kids so..... both women could have handled the situation better, and both were waking a landmine of emotions, not knowing the emotional triggers of the other person.
I would have respected if she showed some internal self reflection on her asking herself why her mind went there first. For her to be honest with herself with some very difficult truths
Spice was wrong for bringing up Erica's son tho. Erica was wrong for what she said. But Spice smh was absolutely wrong for mentioning anything about Eric's son. 🤷🏽 Spice has a son too so she should be careful. Especially since she travels so much for work, she misses a lot 🤷🏽 her son could take issue with her. That would be really sad ya know. I hope Spice realizes she was really really wrong for that.
Still no accountability, just victim mentality + no emotion attached to the so-called apology. She should've just said, I said what I said and I stand by it instead of going around circles with no true meaning or value out of this.
As a black woman, I still say spice should have never brought her kid up talking about her kid didn’t like her. You bring my kid up & those are fighting words. If I wasn’t black, I still would’ve said the same thing. Don’t bring my kid up that you don’t even know. I understand Erica is problematic however, everybody’s going around the fact that spice brought her kid up. It’s like people give spice this past because she’s dark skin & not pretty but spice get to say and do whatever the hell she wants to people but then as soon as they say it to her, she sit and cry foh. I don’t like spice because she’s always jumping into people when she don’t know nothing about the situation she’s a bully herself.
Spice should not have brought up her kids… Spice provacation was worst than anything Erica said. If Erica was darker skin it would have not been an issue.
I've heard the name Cam Newton & knew it was associated with an important football figure, still...I've never paid much attention to him (or, any other football star) until I began to see him sit down & open up, while others open up to him. Obviously very intelligent & also an excellent businessman.
For the parents that lose control over the mention of their kids GROW UP! seriously, how old are we? Is your child in danger due to the comment? Get a grip and some emotional intelligence along the way. You know good and damn well what is and isn’t about your child yet, the slightest disagreement and you’re ready to do life?!? Get your shit together and teach your child conflict resolution through your actions.
I wish this same energy was given to all of the OTHER times someone said something racist on Love and hip hop. Like when Karli said that Joseline needed to get her green card or all of the times the girls made fun of her english. Or the times when Lovely Mimi was made fun of for being Asian and doing nails. Or Estilita or so on and so on and so on. Like the selective outrage is unreal. 🙄😒 The show is all about getting ratings by going as low down in the gutter as you can with the fights. STOP IT!
@missy_Sass I genuinely think the show is struggling and they are just coming up with story lines at this point. I mean nobody lost their minds when Erica told Peter Gunz "You can't handle my mouth ni**a!" Now we are over the moon about "blue monkey"?!?!?! It's selective outrage for the sake of ratings and ITS BORING!
People are telling her to say sorry but she’s not sorry she meant every word. And that’s why love n hip hop fired her but it should have been happened yearssss ago
Catching up on my podcast and I say this with a lot of pride as a black woman....Erica Mena get out of here with that bull crap...you skip around the question and than you explain how your daughter will reflect as just knowing that she's beautiful....So you're teaching her she's not a black girl...stating she's half black....baby the police ain't going treat her that way....honestly in my opinion ain't no half black...just cause only parent is black doesn't mean she shouldn't identify as black...Cam you sat there and let here give you a pile of crap...This is worse than when she said it the first time!!!
It’s the spirit behind what she said and she’ll never admit it but she knew how she meant it. Once a person show you they’re a closeted enemy, believe it and cut ties.
She would not have said that if her child was not brought up. I’m black and my kid is not up for conversation. I actually side with Erica and I am black. I’m not gonna side with spice just because we both black lol that is ridiculous and causes black-racism. Why because the girl was provoked. But should she seek counseling for the comment? Yes. That is a hateful thing to say to someone of color. It could have been worse. Everybody don’t play about they kids. The other woman could have gotten slapped or punched. By the way IM BLACK. So stop riding the hate train. She made a horrible choice. But don’t throw stones at her for ancestors that would want us to treat people with respect and kindness and rise above. Those people who actually suffered would not want all black ppl ganging up on one person. Some of my black people are just as racist/ignorant God does not see people by race. So knock it off. Let it go. She has learned a valuable lesson. Don’t have to like her, but let it go already. I hate people ganging up on one person. It’s so gross 🤮

Emotional intelligence would have her not do this and would have black women not being in their feelings. Some black woman gave this girl too much to where u responded in a way like she matters to us. This is why she can sit here and say "her platform" as if she snd her words can do so much and move so much. U cant control what people say about u. When said, put those people where they need to be based on their words and actions. The triggering is where emotional intelligence is lacking.

I am thinking.. she does not understand the depth of her "comment" more for a lack of empathy than for racism or colorism, to me it IS the Root of everything. Unable to see it through. The woman IS very self centered to me
Love and forgiveness wins over hate and unforgiving. She’s being held accountable for poor judgement.
