No matter what trouble Eric got into and although a troubled soul from what we know now he gave so many people so much happiness a complete legend for me in dance music
Erick is the man! DJs just like me. Really into his music and can definitely move the crowd. added to my list of favorite DJs. keep up the good work E.
The original is from Lamont Dozier in the early 70s. Dozier, who was originally part of the famous Motown hitmakers trio Holland-Dozier-Holland. After discord with Berry Gordy, Dozier left Motown in 67 and started a solo career, where he found his peak with Going Back to My Roots. Zippin' up my boots… cheers
@v4d Refreshing to find a dance music fan who knows from whence this music came. Nice to see some can still zip up thier boots and go back to theirs roots! Cheers!
uuuuuu, im not so sure for lamont dozier, blah, blah, blah.... you should pull that broom out of your ass and dance if you like it, or click away if you don't. simple as that!
the original "going back to my roots" track is from the 70's by a guy called lamont dosier and odyssey had quite a big success with another cover in the 80's!!!!
Esse video é um arraso. Bem que este evento, de preferência tocando este hit, podia se realizar no Parque Madureira. Se isso acontecesse, eu ia lá para me acabar de dançar. U-HU!!!
Best fucking DJ in the whole fucking world alongside Frankie Knuckles; Marshall Jefferson; Roger Sanches; Louie Vega; Sandy Riviera;Robby Riviera; Danny Tenaglia; Dimitri from Paris; Bob Sinclair; so many house music DJ's but this guy is irreplaceable. I hope he had a very fullfilling death and I hope he was high and happy in his last few minutes before the gates of the underwold welcomed him I hope he will be reincarnated for the generations to come !
