I needed this song. My dad passed away on December 30th. A day before 2021. He was 51. I know he's always gonna be looking over us. He loved the world. He prayed everyday multiple times for God to look over the universe. He didn't have the easiest life, lots of struggle. But he managed to leave two children, his ideals and his legacy behind. I feel like I won't need to miss him as his essence will always be in my heart.

I can not lie, the part that said "I buried my mother last year..." that shit made me cry I buried my mother November 1st, 2020. This song is a message for those to not forget what it means to be alive and what's truly important.

This song really touched me at a time I needed it. I lost my mom in 2021 and it's been really hard holding on, with the absence of her role in my fam.. It turns suicidal a lot especially after I lost my pops a few years before.. And it's so hard keeping the family together.. But this song gives me solace... Thank you Erick, Loyle and FARR.. I keep forgetting but this song reminds me.. ❤
