@@RaphYkun there were 8 geese summoned. You have 7 geese who hit both a bite and a claw attack (and two of those claw attacks were also crits). You also have Steve the goose in the corner who is absolutely useless.

I feel like every Canadian child learns this at one point or another... they looked so cute, I just wanted to pet it... those teeth are massive and sharp, and the geese will not hesitate to fuck anyone up, kid or adult.

Geese aren't dangerous to people, they're actually pretty vulnerable to people, if you don't pussy out and kick the next goose that charges at you you'll probably injure it well enough that it will die eventually Swans on the other hand are pretty dangerous, not as dangerous as say dogs can be but treat them with respect

@@ariaflame-au likely not properly played I hate to say. 1. creatures have to move to attack usually not allowing a full attack. 2. Unlikely that that many creatures of a raptors size which is small could attack one beast.

@@nicholascordero6600 I mean, don't get me wrong, the one liner the puns you can pull before you maul the big bad with 1000 pound grizzly are pawsitively unbearable for any GM. Really, the nice thing is that you instantly become one of the better tanks of the game at level 2 and you can pull the old concentration spell before shifting trick. Back before they fixed Crag Cats in errata you could even transform into one of them which was... broken... fun... but broken. That being said, spore druid is dope and has the benefit of letting me go clubbin' with Carol and the girls every encounter and you just can't beat that. (Carol is what I call my Shillelagh, the girls are my spore children. Yes, I call them my children, it's funny when I hit level 6 and the Zombies I raise get killed by the GM. "NO! She was on track to medschool! THEY DIE SO YOUNG!")

@@nicholascordero6600 Oh yeah, cleric and druid have that problem with knowing their full spell list that becomes a nightmare for players and tbh GMs too cause you think everything is set for an encounter and suddenly the 12th level cleric had a spell that you totally forgot about that they just happened to prepare that day. Sorcerer's have the opposite problem. I'm against nepotism as much as the next guy but can't dragon dad just give me just a few more spells? Just a few more?

@@lordmurderkitten6098 right now I'm playing a couple of Artificers, and not only are they so much fun (an armorer archeologist and a artillerist soldier), but their list is so much more straight forward and I feel a bit more balanced without worrying if I have too many damage spells

The best counter is area affect damage or mass mind control. Make their summons their own problem.

I recently played in a high-level one-shot, in which one of the characters was a Shepard druid. He used a 9th level spell slot to summon thirty-two raptors. It was utter chaos, and ridiculous fun!

My gnome is a wizard because I thought it would be funny to play a wizard who was bad at it, but I rolled SO GOOD on all his stats lol! He's just a tiny, powerful motherf*cker who is also inexplicably attractive to female NPCs 😂 I love him so much
