I mean, as Norwegian, it isnt even pronounced as you guys usually say it. In Norway, we used to write 2 a's in a row to say "Å", So "Haaland" in 21st century Norwegian would be "Håland", and the å is pronounced as the o in born in american english.
I am 93. Last year, I was 5'6, but thanks to the blue light blocking eyeglasses and the skyscraper method, I am now 7'6 and have been drafted for the NBA.
@@notyour_zyzz first, how old are you, and second, which religion do you believe in? Before going any deeper I need to know those, and then I can elaborate why every religion is fiction at best and a perverted tool of humanity which hinders further development, a viral parasyte perpetuating itself by deteriorating critical thinking of individuals and their offspring at worse
His previous medical check at 1.94m or 6'4.5 was probably an evening or afternoon height, 1.95m or weak 6'5 is his morning height,it probably explains the difference..
If you eat healthy and sleep enough then you will be as tall as you can. 90% people cannot reach their full potential height because of their lifestyle.
That is faulty logic since your full potential would likely be one inch at best. I know friends who had bad habits and bad sleep and grew up to 6'5 with ease.
@@barriniho lol you are using evidence that neither supports or contradicts ur claim. There's literally examples of people with short parents and they are well over 6ft. the fact remains that if you eat and live correctly, you will grow to your maximum potential whether its over 6ft or not.
If your growth plate have fused I think its impossible to grow taller maximum 1 or 2 cm, but if your a teen or a kid this scyscraper method I think would help you a lot
I can not show results but i did. i have been 183 in my early 20s and grew in my late 20s up to 185 even though my posture has gotten worse (back problems) if i straighten up completely it would be more
you forgot to say that he has 100% scandinavian DNA who are among the tallest people on earth he is also active 24/7 when he does't sleep, which is optimal for growth hormone and testosterone also he is doing LOT of sprint which is also the best for growth hormone and causes micro fractures (the bone rebuilds bigger)
The Scandinavians are only that tall bc they have the means to be that tall. They live in some of the most prosperous and wealthy nations on the planet, so the average Scandinavian can grow to be much taller than if they were born with the same genetics in a nation with less prosperity and wealth.
I didn't drink milk at all until I was 15 years old, I'm only under 5'2 tall. After this,It took me more than half a year to start drinking milk and adjusting my lifestyle to 5 feet 7.Drinking milk and exercising more can help you grow taller❤
Already a member on my journey. (Started a week ago) Part of why I decided to buy into it even tho it sounds crazy is cause I have experienced the crazy. I was trying other methods and grew 2 inches as age 22. It definitely is possible to change yes things happen easier during puberty, but if the body couldn’t adapt after puberty we would all be dead. Provide stimulate to the body and it will adapt!
@@shazozozo8 I would feel weird sharing that information cause this guy is selling it. Kinda disrespectful to post online on his own channel lol. But I can give you other methods I found out on my own 1 thing that helped me a lot was getting gravity boots to hand upside down. It’s hard to hold enough for a long time and the longer you decompress your spine and let gravity stretch you out providing a stimulate to grow the better. So hanging works well too but definitely worth the investment of getting gravity boots. They are like 50 to a 90 or so. Then when I got comfortable hanging upside down I started holding weight while upside down to add more pull to my body to grow. Try this out and you will grow for sure give it time and do it daily ( take a day or so off if you need it)
Growth plates don't USUALLY close at 15-17 wtf... Just look at the average height for the age group... And you'll see half an inch difference between 17 and 19, and more often than not at least a quarter of an inch between 19 and 25. Kinda tired of all these RU-vidrs spewing nonsense with their 2 cents research
@@user-vt4nw4vk4n of course G, the key believe it or not is actually believing it first and having a healthy life style, train, eat well ect don’t obsess , you are only 19 not even 21 so you can grow for at least 2-5 years easily
Guys stop laughing about this. This is the truest short ever. My experience: as a fetus in a womb my mother swallowed a phone about 3 months into pregnancy. When this happened I got a phone and I immediately started to watch youtube shorts, until I found out about the skyscraper method. I needed to get taller and have the skyscraper rizz, so I became a member which was my best choice ever. After 3 weeks of being a member, wearing blue light blocking sunglasses and drinking raw milk in the womb, I became a insane 10'3 giant that now rizzes the nurses upon the C section. Thanks alot.
yeah it's I'm currently going from 5" 5 to 5" 7 right now I'm 19. hopefully want to growth much more than i am today (maybe 5" 11 or 6" 0 at age of 24) idk if it's possible or not considering my growth plate are not closed yet.
@@user-vt4nw4vk4n you're just gonna have to wait and see mate. The most you could do is get some good habits and do things that could potentially add height
He just is a late bloomer whose growth plates haven't closed at the age of 22. Its not too uncommon (as in there are a good amount of cases world-wide, obviously not every 5th guy is like that).
Buy his method so u can grow taller AFTER 18 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. That’s hillarious, i mean, u can stretch your spine, but grow? Let’s be honest, that ain’t gonna happen lol 😂😂
@@GuilhermeRibeiro-vc5gfmen tend to grow up till 21. It’s pretty common especially in guys with fast metabolisms to hit a growth spurt at around 18/19.
The reason he is taller is because you can stretch up to a single inch by hanging, and you are shorter at night because of the gravity and taller at morning, so you can't go taller after growth plates are closed.
@@orenmetser5358it's because vertebrae get closer together, compressing the spine and reducing height. Maybe his spine shrinks more than the average person
@@orenmetser5358 Quite easily, you carry about 2cm of fluid collectively in height between your discs, which you gradually lose throughout the day. That's why if having medicals for height, it's supposed to be done in the morning.
@@jordanscott6204 Jan 5th 2023 we lost him. Sorry for your loss! 🙏🙏🙏 Im not sure how you are or how you go thru. Im burning inside. Can't show that to 3 kids and family. They all now looking at me.
the age of 17, i was 180cm Now im 23yo and 183cm It's normal and has nothing to do with glasses and milk since we weren't supposed to drink it after childhood at the first place
from 20 years old to 25 I grew 5 cm, from 190 to 195. the craziest thing about it... my pediatric doctor has foreseen it (That I would have a growth Spike in my 20s) WHEN I WAS BORN.
@@denser8401I believe him, I grew an inch in 3 months when I was 25 after not growing for a couple of years prior to that, everyone told me that year I got taller
Hell yeah you can get taller Ive grown a couple inches since I hit 21, I think it matters what you eat. I tend to stick to steak rice and beans the usual.
@@Roman-kl3wk actually basic stuff like muscle ups, push-ups and later i bought home-gym equip. i wa really skinny my whole life so my guess is that my body "wanted" to grow my whole life but because i didnt eat enough it wasn't able to but since i started to eat 3-4k calories a day my body started to catch up plus my spine went back to a normal posture because of the muscles supporting my posture.
@@jaeminok8544I mean he's not entirely wrong, it could very well just be genetics, I grew 2.5 inches at 19-20,and I don't exercise, or eat well at all, and I sleep late at night majority of times, I have no doubt that I'll continue to grow at 21 and 22, I'm 6 ft 4, hoping to be 6 ft 6 by the time I've finished growing 😊
My growth plates didn't close until I was 25. Even xrays around 18 the doctors were suprised my growth plates were wide open. I'm 6ft3 now. Graduated highschool at 6ft1ish
Really? So, I still have hope to grow massively taller? I'm 22. I have never got a growth spurt in my life. And my wrist and other bones' density is so bad. I'm so skinny, but my mother told me that she got fatter after marriage and my father got a bit taller after 23. Does this indicate I might be a late bloomer? What do you think?
That cm could literally just be him getting checked earlier in the day when he just got out of bed. Even I’m 1-2cm taller right out of bed due to my spine decompressing during sleep.
This guy got his data from bing lmao, "usually height stops increasing at 15-17" bro if a guy doesn't grow taller after 15 that's extremely unusual, and the vast majority of men grow atleast a bit after the age of 17.
Not even kidding when I say this happened to a mate of mine from school. At 16 he was like 5’3, shortest guy in the year, i met him 2 years later and that kid was at least 6ft. Some people just have very late growth spurts.
A dietitian once told me her son in the Army grew 3 inches from 6’4” to 6’7” at age 21 or 22 after he was sent to SE Asia and ate the diet there. The diet was naturally gluten-free. Doctors diagnosed him with celiac disease. You lose 3-5 inches if you’re a male and 2-4 inches if you’re a female with celiac disease if it doesn’t get diagnosed because it causes malabsorption of nutrients.
Norwegians and Scandinavians can grow/develop slower than others, not all, but I would say it's common. As a Norwegian my self, I can relate to this. I grew one extra centimeter in my late 20ties (went from 196 cm to 197 cm), and didn't start shaving before I turned 21. Now days at the age of 35, I have a jungle on my face, and it doesn't take long to get it back after removing all of it 😂
Not temporary but it isn't much, guys still grow till their 25, if you have a pituitary tumor you can grow in your 40's vertically still, just depends if your marrow is red or yellow
