Thanks bro yesterday I was 15 and 3’1”, only eating about 2 calories a day, getting 3.25min of sleep a week and never exercising. Now I’m 17, 9’11” thanks for the tips, they really helped me👍😁
Chappatis are not much important, you should eat more vegetables than chappatis. Eat soaked grams and moong in the morning. Try having lassi in afternoon. Very good source of protein
im a 5’0 male 13 year old, been mocked my whole life by other students because im shorter than them. I live in the netherlands, where people are really tall as you may know, since its in the 1th spot of countries with the tallest humans. anyways, im just over here trying to become taller before school starts ( summer holidays) wish me luck 🍀🙏
Thanks! I was the shortest in my class other boys were so tall that i thought that if I would be short after teenage but this helped me and I increased my height by 8 cm!!
1. Get enough sleep 2. Get enough protein, sunlight and other micro macronutrient 3. Dont get fat, Mainta a slightly overweight or high normal bmi 4. Sprint 200M a week, 100M one day for 2x a week. 5. Build muscles (Proper form, dont get injure) 6. Be active There you go
@@number.2 bro im turn 15 in May im 174cm or 5'8-9, and my dad is 5'9 my mom like 4'11 or 5ft, can i be like you? 5'11 its good like perfect or maybe 6ft
Adding 200-300 calories to your maintenance calories will make you gain 1kg per month don't do it unless you exercise (which is ussesles since you burn the calories you added anyways)
Well is it ok since my doctor is worried because of my weight, im underweight and im the tallest but thinnest in my class. Im 25-30kg thinner than i should be
I'm 15 and I'm only tall 5’3”. I don't have enough sleep, even though if I have I only sleep at like 4am, so not the right way. I only have 2 meals a day with no extra snacks or something. And I only do exercises for like 15 minutes a day. Will I get taller? 😅
bro same height and same age but theres a cherry on cow dunk that i am fat... but i am trying to loose weight instead of focusing on height growth.. i am doing this COZ when a person loosed body weight percentage there are more chances to grow COZ loosing weight increases the production of growth hormones so you should try this...
I was 5’3 at like 13 and was only like 5’6 at 15. I’m 5’10 now at 20 which is good enough considering my parents heights so just eat and sleep a lot to reach your full potential
REALLY IMPORTANT: Don't lift heavy weights as an early teen while your bones and body are still growing, it can mess up the growth process, it can slow it down or/and can have permanent damage on parts of your body. Regular exercise is completely fine though.
@@laughmouth how about providing some actual argument instead of just saying false myth which is by the way not a myth but proven Kids 8 and up (including teens) should never engage in powerlifting, bodybuilding, or maximal lifts until they reach skeletal maturity.
@@laughmouthI forgot his name but there's this person who's really big on here who's a 4 footer as a grown man an he started lifting weights at like 10 years old😂
@@pandagamer8081 if youre a teenager, definitely do bodyweight exercises, pushups, squats, sit-ups... Just remember to do different variations to target different muscle groups, for example regular pushups target triceps, pectoral muscles and shoulders while pike pushups focus on shoulders and chest, and overall improves size of the upper body
I do some of these but I’m just not tall because of genetics 😕😕 like I drink 2 or 3 glasses of milk EVERYDAY and I am starting to try to eat more but I feel like I’m going to start to get fatter 😅 I even do some stretches 😕
I am 15 years old and 5'8.5 and my father is like 5'7 and my mother 5'3.5 will I grow taller if do these things update after 8 months - 29-02-2024 i am 5'10.5 now and i follow most of this tips
Impossible to know. You might of have inherited height genes from someone from the older generation and you might even get to 6 feet. I inherited my grandpa's height genes although my parents were short and i grew much taller than my parents
@@NaoyaZeninsoloseveryverse bro u need to eat a lot and sleep a lot or u going To stay short U don’t have to eat like a fat ass just eat a lil bit more of what ur mom cooks and sleep 8+ hours
I want to be taller I’m already 6 feet 😂 so it’s not like I’m stressing but you doing these things will give you an overall healthy life and if I manage to grow another 1-3 inches that’s cool as well
If you don’t grow tall it also might be because of weight that’s why you might not be growing too then comes stretching I recommend doing both of them daily
How much do u weigh, if you are overweight in fat then by losing that fat it can help you grow, due to the fact that the fat brings you down despite your muscle mass
You can till grow till 21 but it wont increase like the first time you hit growth spurt. It also depend on your gene but you could training to get maximum 2 more inches. Good luck!
I'm 13 and 5,5 but I was 5,2 a few months ago. The reason I have had good growth is just from eating 3 meals plus about 10 snacks a day. Everyday I get a minimum of 8 hours sleep. You only grow while sleeping so the more sleep you get the taller you will get guaranteed. As I get about 3 hours plus exercise a day.
If u are a teenager and are overweight try to cut that weight not aggressive because is u start eating very little u will feel exhausted and without energy and not talking about you growth may be affected. Dont not to bulk if u alr are overweight just exercise daily walking out But the most important if u are overweight you probably are overeating i recommend to you learn information about the caloric deficit. My recommendation is going to a calorie calculator put your weight height and how daily u exercive and that tells you how many u need to eat to lose weight. And also i recommend to you counts your daily steps Edit: i hope that help you
Height is based on your genetics so for example if your dad is 5’8 youll be 2 inches lower than him so youll be at 5’6 this only applys to people with short moms
It’s actually crazy because I feel like the working out is true, about 6 months ago I started working out and I was even height with my grandfather 4 months after I broke my hand which was a bummer but I’m now an inch taller and I’ve gotten my sleep on track, so imma try and get back to working out and sleeping better and see where it goes!
Some people must there like my me who can’t not sleep just because of what thwy want to achieve this not getting enough sleep and the feeling of sleeping one-third of your life hurts a lot
My dad is 5'6 and a 1/2 (he was 5'8 and 3/4 when he was in his early twenties; he lost some height over the years), and my mom is 5'4. Do you think it could be possible or realistic for me to get to 5'10 or 5'11? I am currently 5'6 and 3/4 at 14, turning 15 in early December. I am a very healthy guy, keeping track of what I eat and do. I make sure I get enough vitamins by eating healthy and taking vitamin supplements to ensure I'm getting the right daily amount. I also play many sports daily, including basketball and soccer for 2-3 hours, and I especially make sure I'm sleeping enough. I sleep 9-12 hours, and at least 8 hours on school days. Wish me luck guys ✌️
For all of you people who haven't hit puberty and is like 14-16 thinking that you're too late.. Your good bro according to my pediatrician, you still have a chance until like 23 😊
It’s the sleep part for me. I’ve been getting terrible sleep for years. I wake up to the smallest sound, I sit up and sometimes even walk around my room for no reason multiple times a night. I “sleep” for the 8-9 hours but it’s not FULL sleep because of what I stated before. I don’t know what to do about this.
