If it's a ban for being underage the message would state: "This channel is currently unavailable due to a violation of Twitch's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service." When it says: "Sorry. Unless you've got a time machine, that content is unavailable." It means the twitch user has simply done a username change. None of those were real lmao.
