@@HarptoHeart69 they talked about this on João's podcast, it was pretty interesting He basically saw the same if not more engagement for reaction /meme videos for a fraction of the time investment it takes him to make a cover/playthrough. He can stream reaction content on twitch and upload the vod to yt which is an easy two-fer.
Honestly there are so many things going on in ERRA songs it's sometimes hard to notice all the intricacies. These play thrus have given me a whole new appreciations
Most of the tracks on this album give me chills. I've probably listened to it 50 times by now and each time feels like the first. Def album of the year for me
A friend of mine showed them to me when their previous album came out. It was cool, but not enough for me to go back and listen to it. And outta nowhere, a week before this album came out, I randomly decided to look them up, and it was the day this song came out as a single. And I’ve been a fan ever since, and finally understood the old music as well. So cheers to us for listening to a great band. 🤙🏽
@@oscarcarias_4 Same here! Listen to Neon last year. Good album, but nothing that make me come back after a while. A few months ago RU-vid Music suggested Eye of God, and I was hooked. When I found out they were about to release a new album I was so excited! Now I am listening to ERRA at least once a week, and I am looking forward to see them live!
My latest form of therapy is sitting down with a bottle of Pinot, chucking in the earbuds and throwing on some ERRA guitar playthroughs.. does something good for my soul that’s akin to exercise, eating healthy, or meditating

Aw hell ya, this is my favorite one. The sorta like, eerie, melancholic and bittersweet ambience especially post breakdown, it feels like riding on a wave. It's so easy to get lost in, and as much as I love music, this track makes me fall in love with music in ways I haven't in quite a long time. Such a good tune.
fuck yes... the last 1:30 of Remnant with the solo and the most godly toned chugs behind "the only way i'll rise from the ashes, is setting fire to my own nest"... probably my favorite part of the album outside of lunar halo, elec twi and van canv
I was lying in bed after just having woke up from a nap, and I had this song stuck in my head, specifically the part where Jesse sings “The lonesome mind is whispering” and I thought, “Man I really hope Jesse releases the Shadow Autonomous play through sometime soon because that riff in the first verse would be cool to listen to.” I pull up my subscriptions feed and this was right at the top. Feels good man.
My favorite erra songs ever are on this album. It's just absolutely insane how creative jesse is and how much emotion he puts in his riffs. I fucking love it. This and Gungrave are everything to me at this point in my life
The man's riff phrasing mixed with those polyrhythms and dynamics are next level...add in some fantastic melodies....arrangement is on point as well...Jesse is the total package for my musical $.... it's Juss Phooking Disskussting!!!
You know what I would love and would be a lot of fun to see? New ERRA EP including the following: 1. The Infernal Offering (Remastered). 2. Feral Was Her Butchery (Remastered). 3. Cocytus (Remastered). 4. New Song. 5. New Song. All 3 remasters with added elements of what makes ERRA perfect today and everything they evolved into. Then 2 songs for them to go absolutely heavy and insane just for giggles and to say, yeah this is our origin and where we came from. I still play these 3 songs today and have been there from the beginning. Love you guys! You know it would be fun Jesse, don't lie.
For what its worth, this whole album makes a solid soundtrack for my life as i go through flight school. Im happy to say ERRA is one of my fave bands and i cant wait to see you live one day and buy some merch. Keep killing it, boys.
Jesse’s ability to blend gorgeous Melodie’s with angry riffage and his attention to detail in the perfect placement of every note is what makes him my top guitarist. There are plenty of shredders and noodlers out there like the boys in Polyhia but Jesse is the only one imo who has mastered the incorporation of soul and feeling into his music. Masterful!
Shadow Autonomous was a turning point in this album for me. Inside I went, “oh damn, okay, bring it guys” and I wasn’t disappointment in the rest of the album for even a second.
i have been waiting for this ever since they started uploading the instrumentals. this song is probably my favorite off the album and seeing Jesse play this was my daily dose of serotonin!!
Seems like Jess got that one solid stile of making chords playing technique and solos but I still got nostalgia for old good 6 string ambient parts from “impulse”
Jesse you are the greatest heavy metalist I have ever encountered , words are unable to express how my emotions are entangled to this song , you are just like Iommi in Sabbath , the greatness of the band remained through out the changes that went through , and you and JT teamed up and made the Erra self titled go above the unbreakable augment, man your Album deserves to be called "the best heavy metal album of all time"
Was so excited to see this play through. Was even more excited to see they’ve scheduled a tour for later this year with August Burns Red, Fit For a King, and Like Moths to Flames. What a crazy good line up!!! Time to scratch ERRA off my bucket list 🤘🏼🤘🏼
To me that specific part is the summit of the album. Like I never thought that just an instrumental part of one of ERRA’s songs could have the same, if not more, punch as the vocal parts. But that riff right at 3:22 hits me in the emotions so hard every time. It’s not even an especially technical riff, it is just a pure, perfect melody. Jesse can do no wrong 💋🤌🏼
Idk if the band or anybody sees this comment but it would be dope to see pull from the ghost with Jessie playing like this love seeing all the cool shit he can do in the frets
