Skating has progressed to insane levels since my era, but that switch kick flip down that 10 at 4:25 is still the most perfect thing I've ever seen done on a skateboard.
he skates everything.. street -mini ramps-vert-stairs-railings-pools-ledges..and all of them very smoothly..one of the most completed skaterboarders of all time
Yes i thought i was I tripping also am i alone here thinking it was the Air but definitely different i must of watched this video over 200 times either A. Im not ok in the head or B . Its a direct mandela effect i genuinely been weird last few days is there anyone out there that can fill me in on wtf is the reason i can't find my vhs tape and know im not crazy
What crazy is all these tricks are pretty difficult and Tom makes it look so effortless. Like that SWITCH f/s flip into the vert. Lol it’s not supposed to be that easy
control. He catches everything at the perfect spot & w/ grace.. His not-Shuv it Shuv it was/is inspiring.. A slow kickflip esp backside flips over a crack or manhole feels great when it's slow.. I haven't had that since late 90's & doubt i'll ever relearn it at this stage.
I just noticed..I think at 2:07.. The lil kid in front of the cam who steps away quickly before Tom does his massive FS flip ..is actually young Andrew Reynolds .. I saw some other footage where they both were on this demo
@@djoonstarr3617 no you're absolutely right. I didn't get a clear enough look. Reynolds looked a lot younger in that split second clip. I stand corrected.
