Hi there, i decided to try eSalon in my quest to find the perfect shade of intense copper that i could dye my own hair at home with. This video is very much a first impressions and i may have got a few things mixed up i.e. the 'free' step 2 bottle??!! so please feel free to let me know in the comments if i have done so i can pass on info to others. I hope you enjoy watching, speak soon. Claire x
Well I decided since it was my first try to just use the step 1 all over cause you said it made too much product....well unfortunately it seems after washing out in parts of my hair it didn't take hold so tomorrow I will be using the part 2
I tried the demi in an auburn and although they included the pigment filler for my bleached hair, after only 2 washes with shampoo, the color is really faded. It looked fairly faded right from the beginning. I like how the stylist tries to work with the client, but the product just isn't right for my hair.
Try LUSH caca rouge. Its my perfect ginger hair dye. Messy and time consuming but completely worth it.all natural, vibrant color and smooth n silky.wont be disappointed 🥰
Hi! I know it's been a while since you did this video, but like you, I was looking for a nice copper color for my hair. Unlike you, I've had amazing results with esalon! I'm doing demi permanent color, whereas I see that you're doing perm color. Perhaps that's the difference in the result and the conditioner, as well. My hair comes out feeling nourished and soft. Either way, hoping you found another color that works fabulously for you!
Hi I so loved watching your videos, I used this colour before . It totally confused me and I ended up paying more than I thought I was paying lol so ended up going back to box dye . I did not like the after feel either xx
I decided to try it too, but it made it far too dark and also like you, the Conditioner, which I thought would be good made my hair really dull and flat, I'm now attempting to get my shine back.
I don't remember if you ever told that you had previously tried henna hair dye (natural henna)? Have you tried? It gets a really bright copper shade. But I do not know how it works on already dyed hair, surely the internet/youtube can tell that information :D
Päivi /hengitysharjoituksia hi Hun I can’t use Henna on my hair as it’s dyed hair unfortunately, if I did it will turn it a lovely khaki green shade 😂 I saw it many times when I used to work in a hair salon many years ago. It would work if I had natural hair though. Xx
Thank you so much for this video. I so appreciate your honesty. I purchased the copper color but I'm second guessing the color cause it may be way too light for me.
Claire I have been waiting for ages for this video so glad you posted this. I have used then after a slight hickup with my first colour my second colour is fab. Copper colour not as bright as yours but I love it. Just hope it does not fade too quickly. Love the video as usual xxx ❤
Amy Collins thank you lovely 😊 the shade wasn’t too bad it’s more the lack of intensity and the condition it left. I’ve just used a hair dye from Superdrug - I bought it in Poundstretcher so I’m assuming it’s discontinued??!! Typical as I blimming love it!!! I’m going to go around all the Poundstretchers near me and stick up haha I think it cost £3!! Xx
Jakki and Bud I’ve just dyed my hair using a ginger Superdrug dye I bought from Poundstretchers.... ahhhhhh it’s amazing!!!!! Such a gorgeous rich shade. I’m assuming as it’s in Poundstretchers it’s now discontinued too 😩 thank you lovely xx
