@@MsArchitectschannel how does it feed if the bullet is bigger at the end? because if you look at a image of a real ap 6.3 bullet the end looks way shorter then in game.
@@levinvdd thats how all AP 6.3 is in the game? and IRL... forum.escapefromtarkov.com/uploads/monthly_2018_09/hqdefault.jpg.4e3a9a07faf5f56d74437282c00a53a5.jpg
Nikita said that this is a placeholder animation, he wants to add overtheating, and more jams, but not now. But, the guy ran the gun for so long, the pin to lock the ejector closed after ejecting the fired round broke, meaning it trys to eject 2. Yes I get it though
@@aidenfrench2004 I wish they would add the zip22 and make it the golden gun from 007. Make it one shot, but make it work like it does IRL, almost never lol
to people in comments about the accuracy : If your barrel gets too worn off, bullets start flying to sides since the threading inside is damaged. IT looses it's spin, it can fly in other directions, etc.
@@jay2944 you would be suprised. Imagine runing a 5.56 thru (let's say) 7,62 barel. It becomes so worn out, the rifling gets brushed off, leaving your gun.. smoothbore and innacurate.
@@REIDAE yes, you can have even worse. If you never ever exchange your barrel, it becomes so brushed the bullet doesnt have any contact and it goes where it wants. On guns like short barrel pistol calibers that's something very possible if the owner is this bad. Worst that can happen is that the bullet will eventually bounce in the barrel, leaving it damaged or possibly plucked - the next bullet you send it blows the gun up. Barrel obstraction 101.
those look exactly like ap 6.3 irl, idk what you're smoking, also the reason they look bigger is most likely due to fov, if you look at the unjamming animation the round is about the size of the pmc's thumb.
Bullet positioned as it was a failure to extract (half way extracted) But the fact that the bullet is unspent mean that this is a failure to feed? Very strange malfunction, really
@@Dregen-zr9th I can see it is Ap6.3 but the size of the casing looks too large to be 9mm. Looking at the size of the casing compared to the ejection port it wouldn't fit and that isn't including the actual bullet. Edit: Never mind. I had the vide paused at a poor angle that was showing the ejection port as half of it's actual size. I still feel the size is too large to be 9mm
@@astrobagans6182 I think it's more placeholder than anything right now. Once they are full added to the game, they (hopefully) will be a lot more accurate and pretty
@@hazode idk ab that. Why would a round going into the chamber kick out to the ejection port? Only reason I can think of would be if a spent round failed to extract and the bolt picked up a round from the mag and rammed it into the lodged case at a strange angle and it slid sideways and got caught like that. Undergassed/clogged systems or improper recoil mitigation usually causes jams that look like that, with a case only. In my experience anyway.
@@kadian299 In game, he had the weapon durability hella low where the gun was about to break. If you fix it, the gun will hardly ever jam. The gun I guess failed to chamber the next roundproperly , and threw it out the ejector port.
Its because the only real way to get a gun to this point is to just not repair it ever, and even then it takes like 20 raids with the same gun to break it. So they didnt finish the jamming animations yet. Its not really worth the effort when they'll prolly add a glitch into the game somehow if they tried.
why does the 9mm look like triple the size, and isnt the jammed round meant to be just the casing? game is unplayable these jamming animations made me uninstall :(
Yeah, but you only get it when the durability of your gun is extremely low, which almost never happens, because you're not going to be able to keep a gun for that long in most cases
It is realistic. The weapon is jamming because the durability is extremely low, which also has other effects like decreasing the accuracy of the gun. You try and fire a gun with a completely worn out barrel irl, see how accurate you are. Also, the durability system is still unfinished and will be tweaked later on. It's not much of a focus since hardly anyone will come across it
@@marianolaguzzi fired tens of old guns. Even Handmade extremely low quality guns. That spread is literally impossible unless u have a shotgun. So don't talk about "realism" even if you fucking bend the barrel a bit, it still wouldn't get THAT amount of spread lmao.
@@SnafuWT what I was saying is that it's realistic for it to have a high spread when the barrel is fucked like that. As far as that high of a spread, it's a tad exaggerated, but like I said, that's because the weapon condition mechanic is not final, it's just a sort of placeholder since no one's going to be affected by it, since we all die before our guns reach 0 durability
