Update: After testing this guide is still fully working in 3.23. They have added extra mines in the vehicle code hallway. Just crawl under these and you'll be fine. If you are running out of oxygen very quickly you'll need to take your helmet off and on again. To do this, make sure your backpack has enough space, drag it off your head and them immediately back on. Ive had a few people have issue wirh the first outside stair jump. Simply walk jump and you'll be okay. Run jump does work, but some severs seem to lag out which will make you fall.
Hey bro, love the video, used it myself to escape. That said, I thought you should know that the spawn location of the dead body with the key changes. I've had it spawn in 3 different spots (including the spot you show here)
Just made my way out today. The Ursa Rover has a remote turret that you can use when in the driver's seat (left arm rest for the remote controls). I ended up just mowing down all of the NPCs without leaving the vehicle. Another difference is that my run had a different location for the crypto key body, which required me to redo the entire section from the bottom, since it was on one of the lower platforms on top of the gas pit.
Sadly i think you can't scape anymore, at least without the mission , you reach the surface, but there aren't any vehicles in the garages, and you die because of extreme heat conditions in a couple of minutes up there
Warning: you die, or fail this in anyway you will get an automatic 24hr prison sentence....made it out to the rover and it died...then my "ride" strafed me and now I'm on another 24hr cycle
without a medpen for some reason i lost health in the room with the mines. the lasers turned off so unless it's a bug it's very frustrating regardless the whole design of the prison
I've tried to escape over 25 times and still have not managed to get out. A failed jump somewhere usually kills me. However, thanks for the video. I don't see I'll be able to manage it until they simplify some aspects of the escape.
Unfortunately doesnt work as of 3.24.1 with the introduction of heat damage to modules, the ursas drivetrain will overheat and get destroyed within a few seconds of leaving the hangar, and 4km on foot is too much because of the heat so you just die.
For me (3.22.0), the body with the chip was at another location. Perhaps you'll make some more tries, record them, hope that you get all possible locations of that body, and cut that together into a new video.
From what I saw myself (2), in this video right here (+1) and in this one (+1 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDvJMm4LXJE.html), there are at least 4 different possible locations for the body with the chip.
I ALWAYS die at the first broken stairs no matter how I try jumping: earlier, later, walking jump, sprinting jump, it's just completely horrible that you die as a result, shameful design choice by cig
Should train to do that on other stairs nearby. I just did that yesterday after falling in previous attempts. Had a friend waiting for me in vanguard as a backup tho But yeah, extra stupid.
so first of all.. this takes WAY longer than 7mins. you first need to go depth 7 or 8 which is already some minutes alone. then the ursa drive is another minutes. then all the jumping animations my god, unfortunately the location for the quest hack chip was somewhere else than in this vid so i didnt know how to get there
this is probably the worst "quest" in the game. there are so many things that can go wrong and the low gravity fucks things up at every turn. i've actualy increased my crime stat twice over just trying to get out 🤣
Thanks for letting me know, this is something I should have addressed. There are multiple bodies hidden in the prison escape route, it could spawn on a different body but from what I've seen, they are all easy to get to.
So I didn't see any way to get that mission. I made it to the surface alright, but the garage I needed the code for was empty. Ran about a mile to the next garage, also empty. Now I'm up top, so what. I can't go anywhere. I have no idea how I could get anyone to come pick me up. I'm betting if I just die I will wake up in prison again.
You may need to wait for the mission when you get to the correct level. Sadly there is an issue with the rovers spawning every now and then. But if you just run to the cutty black location you do not need the rover. Or jump in our discord and request a pick up :)
@@MasterBen10 I got the mission. I had to go in and out of comm range multiple times, and finally gave up. Then I thought to look in my missions and it was there, possibly all along, it just never made a pop up. So then I went to the surface, did the codes and still, no vehicles in either one even with the mission accepted. So I ran for about 30 mins to get to the ship I was supposed to steal. Very carefully snuck to the back on the opposite side from the guards, hit the door control, and before it was 1/2 way open I was obliterated by what looked like mortar strikes.
sadly in 3.24 they added multiple spawns to the datachip it seems.. one of them in a spot i couldn't figure out how to get to but thanks for the vid none the less
Which code are you referring to? In totalt you'll need 3 codes 1. Code for the fan go exit prison 2 + 3. A code for both Ursa rover bays. You can get both of these after jumping over the laser beam
