Lately ive been feeling so alone like I never belonged anywhere my whole life and trust me ive tried everything haha sports, drugs, shopping, parties, boys, dating nd I still haven't found where Im naturally content in life. One night I was feeling numb and empty and decided to binge this yt channel lol idk what it was but I got really emotional as if it felt like I was getting a genuine hug after years of society telling me I'm not good enough:) this motivated me to renovate a shipping container and move to the wilderness with my puppers when I turn 18! Im already working full time and getting a second job so ik I can do it - Eden❤️

I spent quite a few years ‘wandering’ and experimenting with different things and lifestyles, looking for where I belonged and who I was and fearing aloneness and myself. If I can chime in with my two cents of advice, I would say, try to find happiness within you, inside you, not with the help of outside things (like parties and such). When you learn to love being alone with yourself and you become your own best friend, you wont feel the need to "fit in" anywhere, you will simply be, and things your soul crave will eventually come to you.

I have been working really hard for a long while at a very intense/stressful job. And this pandemic has been more quickly reminding me what I need in life. I have always felt nature my calling. And very recently started doing research about trying to by a shipping container to turn into a small home and get a plot out wooded area. I’m glad to hear others stories of triumph! 🌲 BTW I want to find a snowy area similar to hers. I’m feeling a bit lost when it comes to searching for land. Shipping container is the easier part. Lol

I come from a small village, I lived a simple life. But, I thought, I wanted more. So when I was young, I studied hard to achieve my dream. Now that I'm an adult and working, all I ever want is to live like this again. I'm longing for a day when I can finally be free to live like this again. You had a first snow, and here in Croatia we have the first cold foggy night:) Empty streets, dry leaves fell to the ground, no cars, just me and my dog under the street lights and the almost full moon. How blessed you are to live next door to nature. I am a Lake Fairy in south Texas. My adventures are much the same but different. Instead of a sleeping land beneath snow, I watch the silent spring slowly come alive throughout our mostly warm winter months. I lived in Washington for 20 years. Left because I had to. I miss the forests every single day. The Pacific Northwest is always in my heart. Bless you and your ways to share the fairy life with those with open hearts.

We just had a snowfall here in Eastern Ontario, Canada yesterday, too. It was our first. I'm amazed at how similar the climate seems there, though you are on the other side of the continent, with mountains. Snow is so magical, and walking through the snowy woods is one of my favourite things! Who'd have guessed I grew up in Jamaica? Thank you for sharing the beauty of your part of the world. I loved seeing the quails too, and your black bunny against the white snow. Life has so much beauty, if only we humans would stop destroying it...

@@TheCottageFairy this week in our town is Backyard Bird Week where we count and note all the birds we see in our backyard. It helps with conservation efforts and also research. No quail here but lots of nomadic parrots have stayed around longer than usual - maybe post bushfires but also covid. I love birds! Thank you for this magical video.

I live in a hot place that is on the other side of the world but I grew up in Canada so I love the scenes of snow even though I live in Australia. I’ve found myself looking for beautiful places on a property that we call “The Farm” (that only has a few veggies growing) that we own but don’t live on. I just cleared a path to the little stream and from Paola’s influence, I’ve started going down to spend some time near the babbling creek under the dappled sunlight of the tall trees. She’s having such a lovely influence on my life.

Hello Paola, I too am so excited for the cold weather! Some people think I am nuts to like the Winter, but I embrace every season. Like the animals who forage and prepare for the cold to come, I connect with them somehow as I pull out the wool sweaters and cut firewood. Some people will never know how to enjoy a warm hearth of crackling logs, or know the sense of purpose in feeding and maintaining a good fire for hours. I love these videos, and your craft projects. I have to laugh: I paused this video at 3:24 because I suddenly had an urge for dandelion and chicory "tea" which I drink instead of coffee. Then I settled down to watch the rest of the video. When you gathered your ingredients to make your tea I was thinking, "Is she going to use those as incense? I use it for a beverage!" Taking a sip of my beverage, as the video continued, I broke into a smile and then laughed to see we were in synch! These videos bring me back to what I originally wanted for my own life when I was in my early twenties. I am now 66 and finally starting to live a life I have always wished for. I love that you talked about the white stag and connected it to the snow! I'm an English lit teacher and fellow lover of folklore and fairytales, so I love all the hidden meanings and motifs. The white stag also can represent the turning of a chapter or beginning of a new adventure, so when I got married last year, my husband's last name being Stagg, I knew I had to use the white stag as our wedding theme - it was a winter White Stagg wedding ❄🦌. Everytime i watch your video, i smile.Words cant describes how much your videos have help me to appreciate my rural life. I literally used to hide where I live from people, now I can't wait to film it and share it with the world Your videos changed my perspective about life. For so long I portrayed a certain image about myself and felt the need to live up to that image at all times and I have to say ,it was so exhausting.😥 Now All I just want to be is authentically myself.its the most freedom I have ever felt in my life. All thanks to you 🤗. You changed life literally. BTW, I think I am probably responsibile for about 20 views of this video, I have lost count of how many times I watched 🙈. Snow makes it even better.Hopefully someday I will get to experience snow
