My tire machine does those tires all day with minimum effort. I even do 16 ply 235/80/16’s with my tire machine. So saying it can’t do it is misleading. I do 17.5 tires with it and 19.5 tires as well.
If you’re going to work on these heavy sidewall tires, they need to be WARM. And not just for five minutes. Take care. P.S. Nice to see the Made in the USA tires by Hercules.
It's a very quick tool to use but it's clunky. Having used one, I do not prefer to use it due to how clunky it is to use. BUT, it works well for 22-24.5 tires. I prefer tire irons but this could be a back saver... That said, the Coats machine in the background totally has the ability to do a 14 ply trailer tire. I've done a gazillion of them on a Coats 70 EX
I made one of those with a Hurst Rescue Tool ram cylinder that will pull of 35.5, 26 ply skidder tires with ease. Its a good concept for massive tires but idk about those.
