This is a quick review of the ESEE Knives Mini-KIT, Izula Gear Mini Survival Kit in Tin from Randall's Adventure & Training. Costs around $32 on Amazon.
How about some of theses kits in action? I would love to see you out in a mock survival situation and actually try the item. Especially these smaller kits.
Agreed. And even if you do know how to make and use snares they're usually pretty low percentage. Most of the time you need to put out ten or twelve of them to have a realistic chance of catching something in any given day. But I do think wire is very useful, mostly for repairs and for building things. For example it's nice to lash a tripod to use over a fire; no chance of it melting or burning like cordage or a zip tie might.
