ESK8CON 2022 - What was it really like?

I headed out to the first ever ESK8CON in Las Vegas, Nevada and wanted to share what the event was really like. Hope to see you all at the next one.

Evolve was not there and did not have a booth. They did have some Evolve ambassadors but no really presence or sponsorship by Evolve. Considering a vintage boosted board on Caguama's took second place in the Pro division this track didn't look like it was built for speed, just turning and grip. Rider skill shined through from what I have seen. I am planning on going to the next one.

Oh I guess you’re right, I was judging that based off the ambassadors there but I guess that’s not considered an official presence.

Definitely not built for speed. It's a go cart track and was super slick the first day buy the resolved that issue by Sunday. Was a great event either way though.

Sweet yeah I just got an invite from Onsra I might go. Still recovering from a big crash with a dislocated shoulder and torn rotator cuff so I’ll see.

Bro it was a pleasure to meet you forsure!!! Sorry you didnt know about the portapottys and the wash station off to the side and ya the food trucks got messed up because where we were was an unincorporated part of the county so they cant get permits. So that got cancelled last second. For sure taking all of your suggestions down and putting them into play next year with the fellas🙏But great review dude and look forward to seein everyone next year.

No sweat on the other bathrooms etc. This was such a good event for a first year, I was really impressed. Makes complete sense about the food trucks and you guys still got pizza for everyone. When issues arose it seemed liked you all handled it great. Looking forward to next year too🤙

I believe this will stay in Vegas but I think we’re going to see even more PEV events throughout 2022/23.

Nice video mate! Was nice to meet you and I share many of the same thoughts as you do. I think if the group ride leaders had flags or something it would have made it muuuch easier. The strip ride was insane, fun, exhilarating, and definitely one of the coolest places I've ever ridden before.
