@@kylenichols3422 Depends on your playstyle. If you're mainly PVP then it's not going to replace top-tier skill rotation builds. If you're mainly PvE then it's very well worth the investment. The nerfs changed the major buff to minor buffs. In other words, to kill a boss it would take about 40% to 50% longer. The mytic is targeted for casual/balance players like myself. I still hate skill rotation in eso

Dude use swamp raider as bowblade, been my pvp build for over 3yrs and still love it. 600 flat sp/wp to poison and disease dmg, awesome beginner set for stamcro pve too

@wingthomaux ok but moras is already a grind to unlock its 5 different parts, that's 5 different pieces of content you gotta do just for the leads, which you then have to go and collect. Then after that in order for it to be even worth using you think need to collect over 200 books scattered all over the map across different zones and dungeons, even pvp areas. Some of these books are locked behind zone quest areas that you can't sequence break meaning you gotta do 5 or so completely separate quest lines just to achieve. And after you've done all that this grind is only character specific and you have to redo it for every toon you want to use this on. Getting rank 10 on mages guild isn't even that much of a grind in comparison cuz you don't have to complete the entire set just to max it out, and even if you did you can just buy the rest of it in the crown store.

@alexrunz7277 1) all shapeshifters does is reduce the transformation cost, something that's not really a big deal especially if you plan to remain in werewolf form 2) despite the nice sustain buff werewolves get when wearing it, 15% reduction to your skills does not out weigh the benefits you get from every other mythic. With oakensoul, you get unique the bonuses of both offensive and defensive trial sets for free, minor force is a buff werewolves could only source from tzogvins or the weaker version of their spammable and it only has 50% uptime, minor berserk which you can stack with major berserk from hircines rage, and the minor recovery buffs which while weaker than 15% it comes with all the other benefits. You also get perminant empower whi h combos well with roar + splash damage heavies on werewolf berserker, again another buff you can only get from howl with only 50% uptime. The only drawback you have is being stuck on one bar, but werewolves already only have one bar so there's no drawback. 3) Assuming you are with an organised group and are receiving standard buffs, this allows more flexibility for werewolf damage cuz you aren't locked into using a specific trial set and can pair say pillar of nirn with anything you want. Even still thoin both pve and pvp it's way better than shapeshifters chain because the stats you get from SSC statistically are just less useful than oakensoul, Gaze of sithis, and really any other mythic you could run on werewolves. The nerf to oakensoul actually made it better for werewolves because now rhe buffs it gives you don't overlap as much with the ones you get when transformed. SS chain isn't even best in slot for like solo werewolf stuff

@@RunnelsESO because you get every buff not avaliable in ww form.. shapshifters is ok but not even close to as good. 1.7k hp stam and mag ain't shit. All the extra weapon damage crit armor and so on is 10x better then shapshifters. 15% reduced resources cost is meh alright. But you make up with all the recovery oaken gives.

It’s very hard for a tier list when you have so many ways to play eso, for example something could be very strong but so niche it’s not good or worth getting. When you’re trying to rank a mythic on wether the average person needs it I go based on a blend of popularity and strength

@@Official_JakeClips i use it on my soloing build/ tank non trial to solo content to mass controll garbage mobs to slow dammage down of enemys and improve dmg on tankish build to solo vet 4 person content

@@Official_JakeClips parses don’t mean anything for 4 man it’s all Situational. There’s 2 dps checks in all of 4man in ESO and even then the 1 bar can still pass it. It’s currently hitting around 92 on parses which is still enough to do anything. Ofcourse teams would rather have a 120k plus arc on the team over a 1 bar but to say it lacks in end game is dramatic. I recently got tik tok tormentor on my 1 bar and currently working on dawnbringer we hit time 31mins+ with 35/36 vitality so we almost have that too. And the biggest plus side that people seem to forget is unlimited sustainability & not to mention the resistances and survivability of the build overall is way better and forgiving than most.

When guilds like FOURMAN exist to carry people for gold, your trifecta and other completions mean absolutely nothing. You probably got carried, which is why you defend your play style so much. People dunk on Oaken users because no single item should give you nearly every buff in the game. Period. It shows a lack of understanding of basic concepts in the game. Now back to buying crown crates with your bum ass. 🤡

You are sort of right, but please don't drop your monster set on healer. xD You frontbar SPC and backbar PP to have slots for Pearls and a Monster Set.

Speed is also used in pvp and the wild hunt ring has seen tons of pvp useage also. Plus in overland content farming speed is more helpful than damage considering farming and questing might not require combat

On PS5 you have to change bar swap using universal button remapping under accessibility options on the PSN home screen. Not a huge deal, just remember to turn it off for other games. ZoS are liars, they promised in-game button remapping for consoles a long time ago but never delivered it.

Yep it's what I run on my spc/PP raid healer to keep good effectiveness of PP, the goal is to get as close to 400 ult every 45 secs! 😂

Yeah it really is. Glad to see this here. I would probably rank it at A tier in my opinion. A lot of my healers use it with Naz and nightblade for crazy ult gains and extending debuffs.

What about in PvP? Say vs a ball group, all those aoes they run..You just run through them, I'm sure they could break free but they need to break free in order to heal and so on due to the set. I just feel it wouldbe a good set vs ball groups running on the top of keeps Thoughts?

Gaze imo is the best introductory pvp mythical - death dealers I was afraid I’d over rank it so I ended up under ranking it but I do love it
