I was booked to film four different sets at Esoteric Festival that year. I managed to get through three in one night, then they stuffed me with enough drugs to kill Keith Richards, and I was on dance floors like my feet were on fire for two days. The bush techno stage was THE SHIT. After two days of partying, gravity was starting to play tricks on me and I had to bug out from filming the forth set I was booked for on the third evening. I tried to keep it pro, but, I also understand the benefits of networking. And the top tier of networking with clients in the music industry is having bumps together. Unfortunately, that set I didnt end up filming was coming from one of the organizers of the festival. So again, shit backfired. I got a bad rep for things outside of my hands. Well, they were in my hands. But they were either snorted or shelved soon after. Good times. I've obviously eased up a lot now but I can still party with the best of em when the occasion calls for it.
P.S - the drone shots were from a random dude flying bags into the festival. I just asked for him to email me shots I could use for the intro. Dude actually sent them through. I'd credit him but I forgot his name.
