Such an insightful experience; thank you guys so much for having me! I look forward to raiding with you guys at some point in the future (I promise I WILL let you down).

I have played ESO for 6 years; somehow this guy got me excited to play ESO. I watched a few of his videos after listening to the podcast (when it aired live), and his attention to detail and excitement for things that I've grown too used to was so nice to hear. I think this was the most unique perspective on ESO I've seen so far in this podcast. Usually, we get either endgame players and PVP players or people interested in a very niche thing (housing, role-playing, fashion contests etc.) who are not interested in combat outside of casual playing. Very interesting to hear someone who is very much into the combat side of gaming and its details, but just as much into lore and player experience and making videos about it. I hope you guys end up doing lore trial runs together. :)

That's very kind of you to say. I'm always glad to hear people I've turned onto this game who (like me) had put it down at one point. Thank you for that :))

The starry eyed enthiousiasm Frostbreak brings was so refreshing. He came in really prepared too! He had more questions for Nefas and Olibeau than they both had, haha. I really have been enjoying Frostbreak's ESO video series so far and am looking forward to see more!

I only just binged Frostbreak's videos earlier this week, Auridon through Coldharbor, really enjoyable content. Reminds me of what it was like when I first played through the main story and AD questline when I first started playing 6 or 7 years ago. Looking forward to seeing what he thinks of Orsinium, still the best story in my opinion.

Harder content makes certain enemies or story elements more memorable and satisfying to go through. Despite being a huge rpg and mmorpg fan that loves story in games, I have a hard time staying interested in the story in ESO because there's absolutely no immersion whatsoever when u can kill the "big bads" in 3 seconds (and I would also love maybe a few cutscenes every expansion after or during something important). I'm almost 800 CP and I still haven't progressed beyond Summerset because 1) I seriously NEED to experience stuff semi-strictly chronologically but 2) The story bores me so much that I always postpone the story until I'm in a mood and it usually doesn't last much. Which never happens in any other game, at least for me.

I can relate so much to this podcast, as a player starting like 10 years ago, coming from the es single play world (morrowind, oblivion, old skyrim). Slowly taking in the mmo side, it took me more than a year to define a role for me in pve group 4er instances and inform myself what is necessary to be a tank and how one plays it. I like nefas' content for all of it because i like so much of eso. The ambience sound, the music, the landscape, the lore. The deep insight in the classes i play, the trying to get better in my role and the classes i play my role in, the teamwork. Im not so much a pvper but enjoyed sieging in big zergs then in like 4 ppl groups. Fishing, antiquities. I enjoyed interacting with players occasionally with actions only ( no chat. And loughing my ass of). I like the card play and housing and my hm raid training with my raid group even if vcr3 took us months, as do vse hm and you know... all of it. This podcast brings me back to my beginnings and to my today. Thank you all!

Its funny I actively look for people to help. They are hard to find tbh. Either they dont need help or they dont want it. Or just shy idk

Playing for over 7 years I will say, yeah, I will blast through dungeons cuz I’ve done them 1000 times over. I do them cuz they have speed achievements not to mention no death achievements. For those over level 2000 achievements and getting missing gear is all you have left.

Thing is arc is not the best class for pvp. Debatably That would be nightblade probably which is base game.

I love every aspect of eso except overland. I do enjoy questing time to time but if overland wasn’t so brain dead, the game would be literally perfect in my opinion
