Thank you for this video. I am a huge ESP fanatic and it was a great look into the shop. I'd love to see a series of Sado, the technical house, etc. Please help us out. From my 48th st Snakeskin Mirage Deluxe to my Phoenix ii, I own tons of ESP and think they are the greatest guitars bar none.
i just saw that. but for how long i've known him in Anthrax, it was always a fender or his special squire. we'll in all his clinic videos, it all been the squire. thks.
not that is really matters, but it is considered rude in Japan to eat/drink while walking. I'm sure they don't allow food or drink in their work areas under normal circumstances also. I try to respect other cultures when I travel. Of course, I'm not a pampered rock star. :) PS: Not really trying to bust their butts...They seem like nice guys and were very courteous to the staff.
Yes you were being a ball busting prick, these guys are American not Japanese do you expect someone from Japan to have all of your dick headed rules and regulations memorized when they visit our country? I bet they had those coffees ready for them because in Japan courtesy is more important than not eating while walking you would know that if you actually went there.
I may be mistaken, but @ 1:32, it looks like there is a rack of Gibson L.P. Customs. The camera doesn't zoom in enough but the head stocks look like they say Gibson.
That gal was putting screws in the plate,, that dude looked like he wanted to take that guitar from her and start jamming on that thing like it was nobody's business.. Love It : )
My Horizon NTII was & still is my favorite super-strat guitar shape. I do think there are more playable & better sounding shred guitars on the market than ESP though. My Suhr Modern makes my Horizon play & sound like a budget guitar in comparison. I've never owned a high-end Ibanez either, but I've played one & they play & sound better than the high-end ESP guitars.
Rob Palmer I highly disagree about highend Ibanez's playing better then ESP's. I've played their J Customs several times and was surprised by how poorly they actually played.
I don't understand why ESP japan doesn't invite more people to show their production floor. Even ESP USA shows their whole factory in detail. As much as I love ESP Japan guitar. I don't understand why they are so secretive with their factory.
you could have sooo much fun doing voice overs for this video, Like at 8:16, don't touch this guitar dude I'm working on it, aww you touched now I gotta start over...
I would say the old Jacksons are still the best, but now ESP and Dean are the best you can get new. Megadeth uses Dean btw and I wouldn't consider a Jackson strat (no matter what kind of hardware in it) to be a metal guitar (Iron Maiden). Metallica uses ESP, Gibson, and Jackson. I would say that only some of the Gibson and Jacksons are true metal guitars though. Michael Angelo Batio used to use Gibson, Ritz, and BC Rich. He now uses Deans but keeps all his old guitars. I don't have a preference.
Blackwinged131 Jacksons are decent when you get to their higher end stuff. I’ve got one Jackson left in my collection. I sold the rest to buy ESP and LTD guitars. Once your balls drop, you’ll know what I mean.👊🏻
