@@1in7-Twist touched what, a Gibson? Kirk never stopped playing Gibson, even had a limited run of his black Flying V a few years back. James stopped using Gibson live in like 88 up until 2002 or so, but still used them in the studio over the years.

I have two ESP`s and I think they are the best guitars in the world. regard to my question, are there any quality difference in woods etc between ESP USA models and lets say ESP Originals because one of my ESP guitar is Standard series before ESP made this overhaul. And I was wondering why USA models are so expensive compared to the Japanese ESPs.

@@wyldechild01 You're referring to the factory-built ESP (now E-II) models. Both at the ESP Custom Shop and at ESP USA, the guitars are built and finished by hand, one at a time, and that kind of quality and work comes at a premium price. As to which is better for you, you need to discover for yourself.

They have the cabs on stage which are not loaded with speakers just the boxes to make a full stage

@@GODenWord lots of bands have fake cabinets on stage, the sound comes from digital modelers going straight into the pa system
