I feel Arsenal can finally break Manchester City's streak in this Premier League edition (considering that The Citizens let Julián Álvarez go), but it's still nearly impossible. Chelsea finished 5 points behind Villa last season with numerous injuries to key players and a manager who only got it right midway through the season. This time around they have a better squad, with young talented players who are a year older. Not to mention Palmer, arguably the league's best player. No UCL or Europa again as well. Top 4 will be a breeze.
