ESPN is not qualified to make such a list ,the only sports they cover is American football and basketball 24/7 .

ESPN wieghs heavily on what America thinks is the best. It might not give that much weight to the over world because they think their the world. All this is opinion and I think that should be understood too. I don't agree with ESPN but they are a "big" sports network and what they say gets noticed but I could disagree with their conlcusions too.
