I don’t think it was ever great. 40+ years ago, I was excited to hear there was going to an “all sports” network. Watched it early on but the novelty wore off quickly for me. If it went down the tubes I wouldn’t even notice.

You people don't understand sports budding well enough. You don't understand how hard it is to get down major money betting on sports. You have to be a part of a major syndicate which in itself is extremely difficult. These guys make way too much money and with jeopardize their future earnings. Not to mention there will always be sports betting in the fact that it's out in the open like this makes it way more safe. That is what Caitlin has been, not one of those little girls has been let down. Thus, any and every award-giving organization can give their trophies and certificates to whomever they desire to give them to without repercussions. Those pieces of matter likely don't matter to the millions of girls, nationally and internationally, who love Caitlin Clark. Those millions of girls have given Caitlin Clark what many would consider to be the greatest award of all - their UNAPOLOGETIC HEART. Yep!
