Espoo’s flying squirrels need help to cross Länsiväylä 

The Länsiväylä motorway is difficult for flying squirrels to cross. It is important to ensure safe routes between flying squirrels’ habitats. For this reason, a new crossing point across Länsiväylä was created for flying squirrels. In the future, flying squirrels can cross the motorway with the help of jumping poles and planted trees.
