Espresso Workflow with the Mazzer Super Jolly V Pro and La Marzocco Linea Mini

@@Jaroslav.did you have the whole drip tray replaced? I didn’t know La Marzocco offered that. I worry that if something happens to the writing decals there’s nothing that can be done.

@@caseyzaft6734 It’s a sticker, you can peel it off and stick a different sticker instead. If you don’t like the new sticker, you can unstick it and stick back the old sticker 😅 So nothing to worry about. It costs like 15€, you can buy a new one any time.

I was told that the drip tray writing was glued on or adhered to the drip tray from factory. Did the replacement tray they give you not have that but rather they sent a sticker? And why did you need a new drip tray?

You don’t need a new drip tray, it’s a sticker. The plastic lettering has a thin adhesive tape on the back.

Hi! I mentioned some thoughts on this briefly in my SJ V Pro article. It’s a nice feature that nobody has executed reliably so far in my opinion. It’s nice to have for sure, but not crucial.

Čau Marek, väčšinou ~2.5-3 pomery pri svetlých kávach ako napríklad táto. Stredné/tmavšie kávy sa pri dlhších pomeroch rozpadávajú, pri nich zas radšej kratšie. Záleží od kávy. Ďakujem a dík za opýtanie sa 😊

@@Jaroslav. aha super :) pri takom stroji to je isto lahsie trafit :) ja pri svojom delonghi arte tam to je take no nie uplne presne :) .... a diki za tip vlastne ze svetlejsie kavy kludne vacsie pomery mozu byt :)
