The 2023 ESSE retailer event was held at River Cottage HQ, a 100-acre organic farm nestled in the Devon countryside in the UK.
The exclusive launch event unveiled ESSE's NEW mini wood-fired cookstove with the genuine soul of the iconic Ironheart: the new Lightheart. Featuring nearly 170 years of expertise in clean combustion technology and the signature design detail that you would expect to find in an ESSE.
For over a decade now, ESSE has partnered with River Cottage HQ's award-winning cookery school. To celebrate the Lightheart Cook Stove launch the team has shared a selection of best-loved favourite recipes for fellow ESSE cooking stove owners to enjoy creating.
