nasima barad Thanks so much! Non dairy is not healthy, do try out locally available brands with 35-40 % fat , am sorry no idea about the brand names in Kolkata.
+Twinkle Modi It should be fine as long as you like the way stuff bakes in the microwave Twinkle. I personally do not find a lot of difference in taste or texture. But yes, these two differ in the way they work, ease, capacity etc
Mam I lovd your videos I have been making cakes fir some time but I dont know why the middle of the cakes I make is not actualy fluffy...... Its like wet and not fluffy? Plz help I really want to bake some tasty cakes.......... Should I buy a electric Beater?

Hi Suma... your videos are really motivating for beginners like me. Thanks for the same. I have an 28 litre Morphy Richards OTG. just wanted to know what size of pans can be used. Will 8 inch round or square pan fit in?
hi mam jst went through ur channel today....as i was watching your video abt explaining microwave convection.Mam dont you think that cake turns better in oven than convection.Oven takes long tym but cooks well.
Hello Suma.. I am a recent subscriber of your channel. I really love the way you explain. I love baking and my cakes used to demould after cooling but twice in the recent past, my cakes don't demould properly. They stick to the bottom of the dish even though I brush the dish with oil and flour. Could you please tell me what's going wrong? I would be grateful as I just love baking!!!! Thanks...
Ma'am I have a query that yesterday I was making delicious tandoori chicken. after pre heat the microwave at 200degree centigrade then I put 3pieces of chicken by placing on the top of the high rake for 30mins. It was done. Then I moves out the moving glass tray, washed that out, & again put on the rotating wheel. Then began the same process - pre heat at 200 degree centigrade - put 3pieces of chicken on the high rake for 30mins. But at this time after 15mins, the MOVING GLASS TRAY HAD BROKEN...NOW THE ROTATING MOVEMENT INSIDE THE MICROWAVE COMPLETELY STOPPED.. WHAT SHOULD I DO RIGHT NOW... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME MA'AM
Sorry, late reply Saptak, did you wash the glass tray when it was hot? May be that caused it to break. Please get in touch with your service center, they can give you a new one.
Cakes And More! Baking For Beginners Thanks ma'am... Ya..After 1st time the tray was washed out & again inserted.. So that was the probable cause to crack.. Thank you ma'am for replying.
Hi Suma, your series of videos about beginner tips are really motivating. I had a series of mishaps and I gave up baking for quite some time now. I came back searching for how to pre-heat a convection microwave and I saw your video. I realized what I did wrong. I have seen almost all your beginner videos now and I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to making my next baking attempt. One question I have is- I have the tin which you mentioned is for cheesecakes. Can I use this for making a normal cake? or should I buy an aluminum 9" standard?
Thank you Ruth! A spring form tin makes it easy to unmold delicate bakes such as cheesecakes. No harm in using it or regular cakes as long as the tin size is the same. Most spring form tins are 3'' tall, whereas the ones we bake cakes are normally 2'' tall. Always best to use the pan size recommended in the recipe for best results. Good luck, keep me posted!
Thank you for replying, Suma. So if I use the 9" spring form tin which is 3" inch tall, will it make a huge difference? Should I change the temperature or baking time? Also, have you done any simple vanilla cake recipe. I was looking for one to begin my next attempt.
hi mam please aap baking ke liye convection mode per kitna temp chahiye pav aur bread banane ke liye please aap step by step bataiye mera microoven lg ka hai
cakesandmore Suma can we bake cup cakes or muffins directly in a cupcake liner placed on the turntable(convection oven) without using any rigid or silicone muffin pans? please guide me regarding this....
+Cakes And More Hope tart moulds can be used instead of muffin pans The capacity of my oven is small so I am sure that a 6 cups muffin pan will not fit into my 21 litre convection oven So I thought to try with tart moulds later on
