It's great that you put such a being emphasis on training footwork. I think this is one aspect of training many people, beginners especially, often overlook.
Are there drills I can do with my lower lumbar fused? I'm having sergery this week. I won't be able to bend or twist as much any more but love Kali but I don't know what I will be stuck limited to after my procedure. I'll never stop training but I know it will get more difficult. Please help
Paul, many thanks for another one of your excellent and informative videos. There are many unqualified so called instructors on You Tube right now who are incorrectly teaching the martial arts disciplines to the masses. It is really wonderful to have The Kali Center. Paul, I really enjoy practicing Kali and how you are able to logically integrate the didactical teachings of Kali as you parallel those teachings with the clinical aspect thru " Drills / Hand to Hand Combat / Weapons Training " in a real time scenario of workouts that you instill in me. Paul, please keep them coming along.
Thank you. Appreciated the fine details. Footwork is always super critical to success. Its the first thing I always focus on when learning a new art. Cheers!
