I always downpicked this one-but recently have added alot more alt-picking which gives it a nice lil difference-sum good suggestion's in this lesson,they may seem minor but nuance's n subtleties have entered my awareness as a guitar player-Nice

Nice to see and hear this (love that guitar too!). - Thank you! I think this lesson would be even better if Tony Bourge was mentioned as well as Kirk Hammett. You can hear Tony's pick on the strings in the magnificent original track from |Budgie's 'Never Turn Your Back On A Friend'. It indicates the hammer-ons to me. As regards the tag, to my ears it sounds like there are a couple of extra notes in the run down to the open E on the original at least - is that right? Thanks again!

Sorry, but in the second part of the riff there is a ghost note - hammer on- before the high E, it makes the riff sound faster
