Of course Haman had no daughter only sons but I find it interesting in this movie that Esther saved Haman's daughter Zara from being banished from her own home to become her lady in waiting can you not tell is that Grace of God in that Esther treated her well and gave her a better life in the palace to serve her faithfully

It’s funny how to soap opera actors are in this movie the actress who play Esther she worked in days of our lives and the actor who played Dimitri’s son Tony his name on the show. He goes by the name in real life,Thaao Phenghlis. How nice two soap actors on a movie which is in our beautiful Bible. I love this movie. Esther was able to free her people, behind a great man is a great woman

I noted the opening message saying that some of the story was changed supposedly so it fitted better, or words to that effect. Opps, they changed a lot! Go read the original book of Esther in the Bible , it is much better in story and meaning. I cannot recommend this movie.

Stupid when Bible movies don’t keep to the story. Vashti was having her own party when she refused to show up. And it’s all the men at the king’s party that told him, it was very bad example Vashti was setting for women to not obey.
I cannot see any benefit in changing the story so much from its biblical original. It is neither more interesting nor does it make the events more tragic. Instead, it distorts many true historical and cultural facts. Besides, there is a better though older version of the Book of Ester, made in 1999:
