++Lonnie Beal Very few if any of the top stars of today, that's true. Spectacle seems to be more important than the actual music. However, there are quite a lot of very talented young singers about who havena reached the public eye as they deserve to. Postmodern Jukebox has had some excellent singers, and there are others who appear in the suggestions columns. Keep prospecting and you'll find some nuggets of gold.

Cher, Esther, and Tom are all still very beautiful. Esther is 80. They are all still amazing. 50 years only made them each better. I pray they’re all three friends. That would make this clip all the more special.
Back in the 60s I remember some journalist describing Esther as a gas - a common expression at the time for someone truly , positively extraordinary . How right he was.
He brings out the best in all of his guests, which was why he was able to attract such top rate talent. If you were on his show you knew you were going to kill it. People can look back fifty years on their time performance, and say, "Damn, that was good".

This performance is amazing three very talented singers doing a fabulous melodies of their hits. They all sound incredible Tom Jones is the best Male vocalist of all time and Cher is the best female vocalist. I really miss the 1960s they were the best decade for contemporary pop music.

Thanks a lot for sharing. Good grief, what amazing talents all of them. Also really good looking (all 3)! Unfortunately I forgot that Esther Ofarim has this clear strong and really fantastic voice. Maybe because my mother played their records way too often when I was a child. Cher was and is fantastic. Tom Jones was and is fantastic. Both still going strong! Sometimes I think: The older the better!?
