Hi, 😊 All skin types can potentially get Milia , it is more common on dry skin types due to keratin becoming trapped under the surface of the skin creating the pearl like cyst. The use of really rich thick occlusive products in the skin can also cause milia especially if the product is apply in the under eye area, individuals who have dry skin are the ones who typically reach for thicker creams .

I am in Texas , but if California uses the esthetician Milady book as reference for the test than yes you can use all of my practice written test to help you study .
