Configuring the Eos family of ETC consoles for fader submaster busking is difficult for the uninitiated. It's really easy to do once you figure it out, and it opens up a whole world of control options for this console. Please excuse the random tapping noises of my sound-conducting laptop microphone.

Instead of creating a new profile for your fixtures, you can just create a custom "home". Record a new Preset with all your values at 0, record it to (for example) Preset 999. Then go to the desk settings and set your custom home to preset 999.

Using ETC Nomad with a Programming Wing in August 2023 and this seemed to work. Granted, I am using this to simulate a stage we have a school competition at, but it seems to duplicate their set up reasonably well. Thanks for the instruction!

if you are in blind, just simply click on the color and tippe in '100'. This will bring your color to the value you tipped in and reduces the tab-hopping.

This was great, but when I actually started mixing (Blue at full then add Red) it moves the blue down as I add the red. It did fix the problem with a single sub changing colors as it fades.

Yes. You must adjust the sub masters in blind. The only value that can have any number is the color you want. Not even zero. In blind, type sub. The number. At full. Then you will see the attributes of that sub. With your mouse highlight the numbers that have a zero value and press at enter. Then there will be no value except the color that you want in that sub. Hope that helps.
