In eternal format how do cards that specify pokepowers/pokebodies work? Some unlimited rules count passive abilities as pokebodies and activated/triggered abilities as pokepowers so something like cessation crystal would work on abilities, is this the same for eternal?
@@dom2056 The official ruling for Unlimited (and, by extension, Eternal) is that Abilities and Pokémon Powers are not the same thing. Pokémon Powers are like a parent category for Poké-Bodies and Poké-Powers, so things that affect BOTH of them also affect Pokémon Powers. Cessation Crystal does not work on Abilities. It would, however, affect Pokémon Powers because it affects both Poké-Bodies and Poké-Powers.
It's been ruled that poke bodies/poke powers and abilities are different things, so something like Garbotoxin wouldn't work on poke powers, and something like Cessation Crystal will not work on abilities
