Two things I love about Leon's fight: 1) He's actually difficult. It's very rare that a Champion fight actually has some sort of a challenge to it. 2) He uses the starter that neither you nor Hop picked. I love that little detail.

@@lonelyintrovert1208: Not really: It is stronger than Dynamax Cannon when not fighting a dynamaxed/gigantamaxed Pokémon. However, it requires one turn of recharge and is weaker when fighting the big mons. And since Eternatus is the only Ultrabeast/Pokémon who can learn this move while also learning Dynamax Cannon earlier, it is just a gimmeck and shouldn't be used competitively.
Leon's Haxorus wiped out half my team because I didn't expect Iron Tail and my Grimmsnarl was my only Dragon coverage lol Also forgot to stock up on Full Restores before the fight whoops. Though unlike Luke... I one shot his Charizard because I was smart and pulled out my Inteleon lol

@@-_-thisnameiscreativeasfuc4734 You get the master ball immediately after beating leon, and you can't catch Eternatus during the max raid battle against it. Ig you can knock it out first time around and rematch it to do it w/ master ball, but that defeats the purpose of the initial fight: to catch it.
@@pixelateentertainment5233 We're going off the dex entries. Lunala and Solgaleo are genderless in-game too, but are stated to be female and male respectively. It's lore. I'm sure they're genderless for the sake of keeping you from using moves like Attract to make the battle easier. I will still call Zacian a female because that's technically canon.
I wasn’t expecting Leon’s Charizard to use Max Overgrowth either! I was going to take it down in one one shot with my Dynamax Vaporeon using Max Geyser when he pulled that move out. It would have been the first loss I had in the game had it not been for Eternatus.
it says that Arceus assembled the world with 1,000 arms and Eternatus's gigantamax/eternamax form is a disembodied arm... so it's incredibly likely that Eterantus is a biblically accurate angel
@@Ionix0709 I mean is not like if Ash catched any legendary in past seasons like the game protagonists, Ash became a champion because there was no one as a champion, though Kukui was a really good challenge, I mean the guy had freaking tapu koko on his side lol
@@ededdynedd Which makes much more story sense. You need legendaries to beat it in universe, you're not a miracle worker who just beats some destroyer of worlds
I lost against Leon my first try so I over-leveled etenatus to about 80 using some exp candies XL and L and M Also eternatus cannot dynamax. Wish he could!
I lived in UK for 7 years. Yes, they do say TA, short for thanks. I don't understand why someone wouldn't believe it- every country has it's own unique trait 🤷🏻♀️
5/6 of my team was weak to Leons in some way. (Cinderace, Dubwool, Corviknight, Excadrill, Golisopod, Braviary) And Braviary was my highest leveled at 65 a good bit higher than everyone else. I had to beat him through setting up and healing with my Corviknight.
Ok when I wa battling Eternatus I wanted to see what happens if my Cinderace used pyro ball on zacian and actaully worked so it got one shot by it but in the literate boss fight it only became rd hp and in the Eternatus battle it just fainted ;-;
Had you done Isle of armor DLC and gun or Shifu and level them up with a huge amount of XP candies and grind and got him up to maybe above 60 you would have won with he's especially if you leveled him up with a Tower of Darkness
is a good game but the only thing i hate about it is that its not ever gonna be on the 3DS. what about the people who cant buy the switch like me they wont be able to play it
@@catalyst539 i can understand that the 3DS or DS in general is out of date and retired. But it would have been nice for them to transfer or redo all the old pokemon games like gold/silver/platinum/Diamond you get the idea. But they not gonna do that cause they lazy asses. Gold was the first pokemon game i ever played but i wont ever be able to play it again cause its not on switch. (i got a switch for my birthday this year and have happily finished sword and shield although my inner/body clock has gone goodbye)
