It's for sure Ethan's fault there are fruit flies. Fruit flies breed like crazy and it only takes one time of leaving fruit out. TIP: Pour some apple cider vinegar in a cup, add a couple drops of dish soap, and fill the rest of the cup with water to the top. Cover with saran wrap and poke a bunch of small holes on the top. The flies will be attracted to the smell of the ACV and get trapped in the cup, plus the dish soap kills them.

Every time I get a glimpse of Dans beautiful baby blues, I fall into a dreamstate for a good quarter hour, then I am forced to rewind the video to catch up on what I've missed. I stop when I get to a part that I remember from before the dream, just to be mesmerized by Dans blue eyes once again. A lot of the time I only snap out of it because I feel a drip of drool from AB who is also stuck in a dreamstate right above my shoulder. I can't ever finish an H3 Podcast episode.. I started watching because of Frenemies, I wasn't an H3 or Trisha fan, I had bad opinions of both tbh, and just wanted to watch the dumpster fire when I heard it ended badly. I am so thankful that that got me into H3, I freaking love this channel!

Hearing the H3 crew talk so much about Swedish 'fika' made me LOL. For people who don't know what it means: 'fika' is the Swedish word for a social and relaxed coffee break, usually with a selection of cookies or pasties on the side. Fika is a social institution that's central to the Swedish way of life. A Swede's work schedule usually includes a fika-break in the morning and one more in the afternoon. Many people take another fika with the family when they get home from work. Whenever a friend visits your home you also prepare fika. Being social around a cup of coffee and some cookies is basically how you get to know people and maintain friendships in Sweden.

FLY PROBLEM: Put cups with a mix of vinegar and dish soap around the office. It will attract and drown the flies. Also Bearnaise is a french sauce, but i think us scandinavians took it and ran with it, we dont have it in a bottle like that in norway though, we get it in a cup for heating.
