Ethel and Cammuravi; A Hero's Origin 

I feel like xenoblade 3 has some pacing issues and some of those issues affect these two. As with a lot of characters in the xenoblade series, the concept behind their arcs and stories is cool but it isn’t done greatly. The game doesn’t give you a lot of time to come to like Ethel. Some people just did the story missions only and only had her for five minutes. Even if you do all the currently available side quests you still don’t have her for that long before she has to leave the party. You really only get teasers for Camuravi. It really makes their final duel later in the story less impactful. That’s where I think the pacing comes in. Xenoblade 3 feels short as it is, I think taking more time to build up Ethel and Camuravi up before doing their payoff would be way better. I get that in a world where people have to fight some people don’t want to and these two are different in the fact that they want to fight each other and they feel it’s their life purpose. But when they started fighting each other instead of attacking Moebius, after Camuravi literally figured out how to get free of their control, I was just like, what? Really? You’re just going to attack each other because it’s what you like to do? Noah could have just cut their flame clocks and they could have gone back to leading their colonies or even working together. But no. I thought their reborn selves were pretty boring too. They just feel like different watered down versions of themselves. Also it’s stupid that you can bring reborn Ethel into colony 4 and all bolearis has to say about it is “omg I must be dreaming!!!”

If there was a possibility for the story DLC to include new Ouroboros pairs, we all know these two are right at the top of that list. The Queens sit pretty at spot No. 2.
