Sorry motheriye. about Buticha i want to share you my knowledge if you are accept all knowledge as a person different but it has some common thing anyway when i do this easy way shimbra flour, oil, salt, red onion and green pepper if necessary maybe garlic then the flour , some oil water and salt pour in the blender and blend it after that magenfat when you finish put in any kind bowl then put in refrigerator the next day take out and your onion and pepper cut small pieces put some oil use glove and mix all then ready to eat look like scramble egg. if you like try i will try your too. thanks
Ok I have stories to tell about this dish when I was at school one of my friend get this for her lunch and I thought she eating egg firfer "I say to her what a big roles egg"and she say it is not egg it is bakela she ask me to taste a begged her to give me her lunch it was soooo good i try to make it but never like hers.
